Important: Please note the following instructions: Vibrations with the BODYFLEX can be performed linear, forward and back, or to the side. For a good lifetime of the stabilization trainer BODYFLEX the vibration movement should not be carried out further than shoulder width. Please avoid any isometric hold exercises in a bent position.
