- ALWAYS turn off the appliance, by turning the speed selection to “0” before removing the lid.
- NEVER run the appliance for more than 3 minutes at a time. If the appliance has been running for three minutes, let it cool down for 20 minutes before using it again.
REMINDER: This product is equipped with a safety device and will function if, and only if, it is correctly installed.
- For optimal usage of the appliance and to reduce risk of damage, we advise that fruits or vegetables with thick skins be peeled and the skins removed before using them in the centrifuge.

Plug the appliance into an electric outlet in good condition (a grounded one if the appliance is a class I), to avoid any danger.
-
Never modify the appliance in any way.
-
Turn the appliance off and unplug it from the power source before assembling or disassembling the pieces or coming near any parts that are in motion when the appliance is running.
Note: Incorrect usage can lead to injury. -
Turn the appliance on by turning the speed selection to “1” (low speed) or “2” (high speed), keeping in mind that:
a. Speed 1 is for softer fruits and vegetables.
b. Speed 2 is designed to extract juice from harder fruits and vegetables.

Push them down gently, if necessary, using the push rod.
Note: Make sure the groove in the push rod is correctly positioned in the chute.
- Tip: Longer vegetables, such as carrots, should be inserted into the chute with the pointed tip first.
- Tip: If your fruits and vegetables produce too much pulp, pass them through the centrifuge more slowly, and don’t hesitate to pass the pulp through a second time.
- Truco : Si tus frutas y verduras generan demasiada pulpa, introducelas más suavemente en la centrifugadora y no dudes en volver a pasar la pulpa una segunda vez.

CLEANING AND UPKEEP
-
ATTENTION: ALWAYS unplug the appliance and let it cool down before cleaning.
OUR ADVICE: -
Clean the centrifuge immediately after use.
-
This will allow you to easily remove bits of fruits and vegetables from the pieces BEFORE they dry out.
-
Doing so will save you significant time during cleaning!
- Unplug the centrifuge from the power source.
- Follow the assembly instructions in reverse to easily disassemble the centrifuge.
- Quickly rinse off the removable pieces under running water to remove as much residue as possible before it dries..
- Use the included brush to scrub the filter under running water and easily remove as much residue as possible.
- The removable parts that come in contact with the food (such as the push rod, the pulp receptacle, the filter stand, the stainless steel filter, etc.) can be washed in hot water with a sponge and dish soap, or washed in a dishwasher.
- Clean the exterior of the appliance with a sponge or a slightly damp cloth.
ATTENTION:
Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid! Never use abrasive
products, metallic brushes, or other sharp objects.
TIPS FOR THE SELECTION OF FRUITS AND VEGETABLES TO BE BLENDED
- ALWAYS clean the fruits and vegetables before extracting the juice from them.
- The most suitable fruits and vegetables are: Pineapple, Beet, Celery, Apple, Cucumber, Spinach, Tomato, Tangerine, Grape…
- All fruits and vegetables with thin skin do not necessarily need to be peeled but those with thicker skin such as oranges, tangerines, pineapples, melons or even raw beets (for example) must be peeled MANDATORY.
- Citrus seeds can cause a bitter taste to the juice, so it is preferable to remove them.
- Select the type of apple according to taste and needs: By squeezing the apples, the concentration of the apple juice depends on the type of apple selected. Apples with a light-coloured (not very tasty) juice can be discarded in favour of apples with a greater quantity of juice and which will offer a thicker juice.
- Salad leaves (like lettuce can also be squeezed)
CAUTION
Fruits containing starch such as:
- banana,
- the papaya,
- the lawyer,
- figs
- mangoes
are not suitable for making juice, so it is STRONGLY not recommended to use them in the juicer.
TIPS AND TRICKS
- Place a fitted plastic bag in the pulp receptacle before using the appliance, to facilitate cleaning.
- Use fresh fruits and vegetables – they contain more juice than frozen and thawed fruits and vegetables.
- Green, leafy vegetables such as cabbage and spinach can be juiced. Roll the leaves into a cylinder shape the size of the chute and insert them.
- All types of juices must be consumed immediately after juicing as they quickly lose their nutrients and vitamins when exposed to air. The taste may also be affected.
- Remember that the leftover pulp can be used in cakes, stir-fries, lasagnes, muffins, and more. Yum!
- Freshly made apple juice can quickly turn brown: to avoid and slow down discolouration, add the juice of half a lemon.
- Longer vegetables, such as carrots, should be inserted into the chute with the pointed tip first.
Our tip to save pulp
- If your fruits and vegetables produce too much pulp, pass them through the centrifuge more slowly, and don’t hesitate to pass the pulp through a second time.
