SETTING UP YOUR WIRELESS KEYBOARD
- Connect your keyboard to a powered USB port using the Type C to Type A cable to charge your keyboard. The power indicator will turn solid green when the keyboard is fully charged.
For best results, fully charge your keyboard before using it for the first time. It takes approximately 2 hours to fully charge your keyboard. You may continue using the keyboard while plugged in.
When your keyboard is not charging, pressing the FN + End will activate the power indicator to briefly display its battery status.

Set the mode switch to your preferred mode
2.4 GHz mode

Set the mode switch to 2.4.

Detach the 2.4GHz wireless USB dongle from the magnetic dongle compartment and connect it to your computer.
Use the wireless USB extender and Type A to Type C cable to increase the reach of your 2.4GHz wireless USB dongle if the signal is weak, intermittent, or out of range.

BT mode

Set the mode switch to BT.

Up to 3 Bluetooth devices can be paired and registered to your keyboard (one for each profile). To activate the pairing mode of your preferred profile, press and hold its corresponding button for 5 seconds. The numerical key on your keyboard will then light up to show which profile has been activated.

Enable Bluetooth on your device and select wireless Keyboard from the list of devices found. The device will pair with your keyboard and the connection will be registered on the active profile.
Your keyboard will reconnect to the fast paired device after it has been powered on again.
Displaying the active profile
The LED indicators will display which profile is currently active while the FN
key is pressed.
Switching between profiles
To switch between any of the Bluetooth profiles available on your keyboard,
simply
press the corresponding button of the profile your device is registered to.
Bluetooth Reconnection
If your system was restarted, press any key {except FN) on your keyboard to
reconnect to the last paired device.
WIRED MODE

Set the mode switch to OFF.

Connect your Razer device to the USB port of your computer.
Install Razer Synapse when prompted or download the installer from razer.com/synapse.

KEYBOARD FUNCTIONS
Pressing the “FN” modifier key plus keys with 2 functions will activate their secondary functions.

computer is idle.
ON-THE-FLY MACRO RECORDING
Follow these steps to create an OTF Macro Recording:
- Press the key combination to start recording.
- The OTF Macro record key will light up to show that the device is ready to record.
- Type the keys you want to record.
- Press the key combination to stop the recording or the ESC key to cancel recording. The OTF Macro record key will start blinking to show that the device has stopped recording and is ready to save.
- Press the desired Macro key where you want to save your recording.
GAMING MODE
- Gaming Mode disables the Windows Key, Alt+ Tab, and Alt+F4 functions to avoid accidental usage. You can choose to enable the Alt+ Tab and Alt+F4 functions by changing the Gaming Mode settings on Razer Synapse. The Gaming mode key will light up when it is active.
CHROMA EFFECTS
- Holding down the “FN” modifier key, control key, and pressing any of the listed number keys will change the lighting on your keyboard. Below is the corresponding Chroma effect you will get for each number key.

SAFETY AND MAINTENANCE
SAFETY GUIDELINES
In order to achieve maximum safety while using your wireless Keyboard, we
suggest that you adopt the following guidelines:
Should you have trouble operating the device properly and troubleshooting does
not work, unplug the device and contact the Razer hotline or go to
support.razer.com for support.
Do not take apart the device (doing so will void your warranty) and do not
attempt to operate it under abnormal current loads.
Keep the device away from liquid, humidity or moisture. Operate the device
only within the specific temperature range of 0°C (32°F) to 40°( (104 °F).
Should the temperature exceed this range, unplug and/or switch off the device
in order to let the temperature stabilize to an optimal level.
COMFORT
Research has shown that long periods of repetitive motion, improper positioning of your computer peripherals, incorrect body position, and poor habits may be associated with physical discomfort and injury to nerves, tendons, and muscles. Below are some guidelines to avoid injury and ensure optimum comfort while using your wireless Keyboard.
- Position your keyboard and monitor directly in front of you with your mouse next to it. Place your elbows next to your side, not too far away and your keyboard within easy reach.
- Adjust the height of your chair and table so that the keyboard and mouse are at or below elbow height.
- Keep your feet well supported, posture straight and your shoulders relaxed.
- While typing, relax your wrist and keep it straight. If you do the same tasks with your hands repeatedly, try not to bend, extend or twist your hands for long periods.
- Do not rest your wrists on hard surfaces for long periods.
- Use a wrist rest to support your wrist while using your keyboard.
- Customize the keys on your keyboard to suit your style of work to minimize repetitive or awkward motions while typing.
- Do not sit in the same position all day. Get up, step away from your desk and do exercises to stretch your arms, shoulders, neck, and legs.
If you should experience any physical discomfort while using your keyboard, such as pain, numbness, or tingling in your hands, wrists, elbows, shoulders, neck or back, please consult a qualified medical doctor immediately.
MAINTENANCE AND USE
The wireless Keyboard requires minimum maintenance to keep it in optimum condition. Once a month we recommend you unplug the device from the computer and gently clean each component using a soft cloth or cotton swab to prevent dirt buildup.

The Wireless Keyboard contains a Li-ion rechargeable battery. In general, the
life expectancy of such batteries is dependent upon usage. If you suspect that
the Li-ion rechargeable battery inside the Wireless Keyboard may be drained
(h.is a low charge), try charging it Caution: Do not open, mutilate, or expose
to conducting materials (metal), moisture, liquid, fire, or heat. Doing so may
cause batteries to leak or explode, resulting in personal injury. Battery life
varies with usage.
