HOW TO CHARGE
- USB charging location. Please pull belt gently to show USB charging port

HOW TO SET THE TIME
- The time will be displayed after pressing button A – 1 once.
- A 24 hour or 12-hour clock will blink. Long On the setting of your choice, press button A.
- Adjust the time by pressing button A short and long, and then set AM/PM.
- To confirm the time, long press button A.

My sons watch will not charge. We were able to charge it on the first use but now it will not charge.
If you didn’t have it very long then return it. I had the same issue. Since it doesn’t take long to charge and lasts a long time, this time I’m only going to charge it for a couple hours and unplug it. I read somewhere on a similar watch that you have to ONLY charge it for 2 hours or they stop working. I’m not sure this is the case but it’s worth a shot.
The watch died completely and now the looping timer is gone. I can’t find any way to contact the seller to resolve this issue. Can anyone help?
We were having the same issue, and I literally just figured it out. If you hold down the button while the watch screen is blank it’ll bring up the Cd option.
Do you sell the little silicone band clasps. Both of ours have ripped.
No, we don’t sell the silicone band clasps separately but do sell the whole band if anyone wants to give their watch a fresh/new look.
I bought this for my daughter and unfortunately lost the charger since it’s so small can I purchase it separately because I don’t want to pay 25?

Will this fit an eight-year-old?
Yes it should. It has 10 spots to adjust it and my 2 year is on the last spot.
How long do the lights and music play when the timer goes off?
Around 30 seconds or so.
After timer goes off does it start a new timer automatically or do you have to set it again?
so this watch has up to 16 alarms. I had it set at every 45 mins so for every alarm you set you need to set the alarm as such. 1:45,2:45 or whatever you like. After the alarm goes off and you silence it will continue like a regular watch until the next alarm goes off at the time u have it set.
How do I activate notification sound?
Please know that the alarm on the watch will not sound after the timer goes off if there is no obstruction at the back where a sensor is located.
