If any problem with the device connecting to your car appears, you need to give feedback to solve it, please use the WiFi of iphone to link the hotspot of the box with the password 88888888.By inputting <http://192.168.1.101> in Safari to enter the background system, you can fill in the problem description, click the button of “Submit”, and make a screenshot of the problem with your mobile phone. After that, we can receive your feedback in the background. Please send the screenshot of the problem of the mobile phone to the dealer after giving feedback on the problem. We will search for the problem you have submitted in the background to resolve it.
