Cleaner RES has been formulated to give you the most effective, environmentally-friendly cleaning available. Regular cleaning using this cleaner will help your floor last longer and maintain its pristine condition.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
PREPARATION
Before using UVElite Cleaner, check to ensure that floor has not been treated with wax, then remove all loose particles and dust with a non-treated dust mop or vacuum. Dilute cleaning concentrate in warm water. For standard cleaning, mix at a ratio of 1:100 or 1%, for heavier cleaning, you can mix at a ratio of 1:20 or 5%.
APPLICATION
Spray Cleaner RES on your floor and distribute cleaner using the microfiber mop. The cartridge-style spray mop makes your cleaning chore fast and simple. Make sure to overlap areas so the entire floor is completely and consistently clean. Al-low floor to dry thoroughly. Replace mop pads when they become dirty. Spot clean heavy traffic areas to remove isolated heel marks, scuffs and spills.
UVElite Cleaner can also be buffed onto the floor using powered cleaning equipment. When using a buffer, it is recommended to spray a 3m² section (≈10ft²) and then buff this area with a white pad and your machine set to 175 rpm. Remove any dirty residue immediately with a slightly damped microfiber pad. Then, move on to the next section. Periodically replace your buffing and microfiber pads as they become overly soiled. When using an auto scrubber, fill the liquid receptacle with diluted UVELite Cleaner with the water setting on low. Refer to the auto-scrubber manufacturer’s set-up and operational procedures.

Does the sprayer allow for several sprays in a row? My Bona mop would not allow several sprays in a row.
The mop no longer sprays water after using it twice. Expensive and poor quality
I love this mop. I can quickly do my kitchen floor everyday having trouble though with the bottle sucking in air/flattening in the center?
That may be why that happened. I see where some of these spray mops say not to use hot water
Can you store the cleaner in the tank when not in use?
Yes you can store the cleaner in the tank when the mop is not in use. You can also remove my head and still store the cleaner and the tank.
How can I buy an extra refillable bottle?
It does not come with an extra bottle and I could not find anywhere you could buy an extra one which is the only downside. I make up the cleaning solution in an old bottle from a mop I no longer have and pour it into this bottle when I need a refill.
Does The floor get really wet or do they dry quickly.
In my experience, it may depend on how many times one squeezes the spray nozzle. Overall, it does not leave the floor sopping wet. The absorbent cleaning pad is excellent. The floor dries within a few minutes after mopping.
Can it be used on linoleum floors?
Yes it can you can put any floor cleaner in the bottle.
I’ve Had this mop for about 4 months and it just stopped spraying out of nowhere any advice on how to fix it or how to contact the seller?
Amazon customer service can help you contact the seller and/or manufacturer. Fixing it yourself is not likely to be possible.
Do Swiffer pads fit?
Swiffer is smaller. Ck the size of the pad base.
Does the mop head flip/flop over too easily when steering and sliding along the floor?
I don’t have that problem. The only time my mop head flips is when I’m holding it upside down to put a clean pad on the end. I think the quality is very good. I had a Swiffer and I much prefer this one.
Does this suddenly stop spraying like the “OC brand” product?
I have had mine for about four months and I’ve had no problems with it. It sprays as you would expect each time.
