• Only ever use on your body when it is dry. The device can also be used over clothing: press lightly and move around the body for about one minute per body area.
• Do not use on the head or upon bony areas of the body
• Only use the device on the soft tissues of the body such as muscles; cease use immediately if it causes pain or discomfort.
• Keep hair, fingers and other parts of the body away from the shaft and the back of the applicator as they may be crushed or become trapped.
• Bruising can occur if strong pressure is applied. Frequently check the area being treated, and stop at any sign of discomfort.
• Do not use the device continuously for more than 15 minutes, otherwise the overheat protection may be activated, and the device will stop functioning automatically.
• Do not block the ventilation opening or insert any objects into them.
• Do not immerse the device in liquids or spray liquids into the ventilation openings.
• Use only the accessories supplied with the device.
• Keep the device away from liquids and heat sources.
• Do not leave the device unattended while it is charging or in operation.

**CHARGING

**

1. The average operating time of the battery is around 1.5 hours, but this is dependent on the speed set and the pressure applied during use.

2. Please charge the device fully before using it for the first time.

3. Connect to the battery‘s charging port, and plug the adapter into the wall socket. When the red indicator light turns green, charging is complete.
   THE DEVICE MUST NOT BE USED WHILE IT IS CHARGING.

4. Disconnect the device from the adapter after each charge.

OPERATING STEPS

1. Choose the appropriate detachable head, and press firmly into the massager device.
2. Press the power button, the red light will come on, and the device will start in Mode 1.
3. Press the power button again to set the optimal speed. You can select from Mode 1 to Mode 6.
4. Massage the desired body part with the most comfortable intensity, applying pressure as needed.
5. To switch off the device, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.
6. If the device‘s performance decreases, you should charge it.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE

• We recommend – depending on the desired effect – using the device for between 15 seconds 2 minutes per muscle group.
• A full-body treatment should not exceed 15 minutes (the device switches off automatically after 15 minutes of continuous operation to protect against overheating).
• The device can be used upon the same muscle group 2 to 3 times per day.
• Adjust the device to as gentle or as strong a setting as you feel comfortable with. If you feel that the massage is too weak, increase the intensity. If you feel any discomfort or pain as a result of application, select a lower intensity level.

1. Muscle activation
   We recommend using the device for up to 30 seconds before training  or physical activity, in order to achieve rapid activation of the muscles involved.

2. Muscle reactivation
   For reactivating the muscles during training or physical activity. Apply to the target muscle group for 15 seconds. This re-vitalizes the muscles and keeps them active.

3. Recovery & regeneration
   Use the device on the affected muscle group for a maximum of 2 minutes. We recommend application at 30-second intervals, with a 5 to 10 second break between applications.

4. Relaxation
   Use the device on a muscle group for 30 seconds to relax it. This is usually sufficient time to allow the muscle to relax.

MAINTENANCE

1. Clean with a soft dry cloth.
2. Do not use the device for more than 15 minutes at a time. It is recommended that you wait half an hour before starting to use again.
3. If the battery is not going to be used for a long time, charge and discharge it intermittently.
