FOREWORD

Thank you for choosing our Smart Body Composition Scale! This scale is now your personal health assistant. In order to guarantee an accurate measurement and a long service life of the scale, please read this manual before using and keep it for further reference.
This Smart Body Composition Scale could help you keep track of your personal health data. It records and analyzes the information from your scale, then transfer the data to your mobile device via wireless transmission technology. You can view your health data at any time of the day by downloading the free app.

PLACE & USE

Place the scale on an even and dry surface. As soon as the LED screen shows 0.0 kg, you can step on the scale.

The lower part of the scale provides conductance. Therefore, make sure that your feet are always symmetrical on the scale.

APP DOWNLOAD

After you downloaded the App, do not forget to turn on your bluetooth.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Make sure the scale is charged.
  2. After using or moving the scale for the first time, you need to place the scale on a horizontal dry and hard surface.
  3. Power on: place one foot on the scale for approx. 1 second or press the button on the top. The scale starts working when the LED screen displays “0.00kg”.
  4. Auto power off (Power Saving Mode): If there is no operation or weight change on the scale within 15 seconds, it will shut down.

APP INSTRUCTIONS

Create an account

  1. Turn on Bluetooth and open the Fitdays app.
  2. Click on “Register”.
  3. Go through all the fields and click on “Next”.
  4. Set your personal data and click on “Confirm”.
  5. Stand on the scale with your bare feet, the weighing will start automatically.
  6. Wait until the weighing is complete. Your health data will be visible in the App.

USER DATA

  1. Charts
    Click on the “Charts” button to view and compare your data per day, week, month or year. This way you can see at a glance whether you have made progress or not.

  2. User data
    Then click on the “User data” button. Here you can click on any date you like and view and compare your health data.

  3. Contrast
    Click “ ” in the top right corner and click on “Contrast”. Then click on the two desired weightings and click on to start comparing the measurement data.

  4. Share data
    Click “ ” in the top right corner and click on “Export”. Choose whether you want to export all data or only for the past month. Then click on to share the information with your friends via Facebook or Instagram, among others.

ACCOUNT

  1. Add user
    Click on the “Account” button and then click on “Add User”. Then go through all the steps and click on “Confirm”. You have now added a user.

  2. Delete user
    Click on the “Account” button. To delete a user, swipe the user to the left and select “Delete”.

  3. Setting
    From your account, click on “Settings”. Here you can set goals, change units, change your password and connect your Fitbit.

SYNC WITH FITNESS APPS

Apple Health

  1. Open the `Health’ app on your iPhone and click on your account in the top right corner.
  2. Click on “Apps” and then click on “Fitdays”.
  3. Turn on all categories to make the Fitdays app work optimally.

Google Fit

  1. Go to settings and select “Google Fit”
  2. Turn on the “Google Fit” button, then log in with your Google account.
  3. You will be automatically redirected to the “Google Fit” page.

Fitbitt App

  1. Go to settings and select “Fitbit”
  2. Turn on the “Fitbit” button, then log in with your Fitbit account.
  3. Select “Allow” to access the Fitbit app.
  4. After pairing, the data is synced to the Fitbit app. You can view the data via the app as well as on the website.

Samsung Health app

  1. Go to settings and select “Samsung Health”
  2. Turn on the “Samsung Health” button, then log in with your Samsung account.
  3. You will be automatically redirected to the “Samsung Health” page.

CALIBRATE

Have you moved or turned the scales? Then we recommend that you calibrate the scale to ensure the accuracy of the measurements.

  1. Place the scale on an even and dry surface.
  2. Place one foot on the scale until the LED screen responds.
  3. The calibration process is complete when the LED display shows “0.00kg”.

RECOGNITION FUNCTION

After the first weighing, the scale has an automatic recognition function. When the weight deviates more than ±2KG from the previous measurement, the app asks if the correct user has been selected. An envelope icon with a notification will appear on the app home page.

  1. Claim weight
    Click on the notification and click on “Claim”. You can now link the weight measurement to the correct account.

  2. Remove weight
    Is the measurement incorrect? Then click on “Select”, then check the incorrect measurement and click on “Delete”.

FAQ

Why doesn’t the scale work? Why does the data on screen disappear in a flash?

– First check if the scale is fully charged. When the scale is fully charged, place one feet on the scale for approx. 10 seconds. Contact us if the scale still does not switch on after completing these steps.

The scale cannot connect with App.

1. Check that the phone’s software is iOS 8.0 or higher or Android6.0 or higher.
2. Download and open the newest version of the Fitdays App.
3. Enable Bluetooth on your phone. For Android 6.0 or higher, location needs to be enabled

No body fat measured when weighing.

1. Step on with dry and bare feet
2. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled and working
3. Ensure personal data is entered.

ATTENTION

Safety precautions:
When using digital scale, certain basic safety precautions must be followed, including the following:

  1. The Bluetooth scale should not be used to diagnose or treat any medical condition. You should consult a doctor when undertaking any diet or exercise program.
  2. If you are pregnant or have a pacemaker or other internal device,you should not over rely on the data provided by this product. All data is for reference and is not a substitute for advise from a licensed health care professional.
  3. Check the device before each use. Do not use the device if damaged. The continuous use of a damaged unit may cause injury or improper results.

Note:

  1. Scale is a high-precision measuring device. Never jump or stamp on the scale or disassemble. Please handle the scale carefully to avoid breakage.
  2. Place the scale on a hard, flat surface during use. Using the scale on a soft surface like carpet or linoleum may affect the accuracy of the scale readings.
  3. To ensure weighing accuracy, please gently step on the scale to wake it up and wait at least 10 seconds before weighing on the scale. You must also wake up the scale if it has been moved. Take your measurements at the same time each day to ensure the most accurate results.
  4. Before using the scale, make sure you have entered all your personal data through the Fitdays app.
  5. Use the scale while barefoot. The scale cannot measure body fat percentage if you’re wearing shoes or socks.
  6. Make sure your feet are dry before weighing yourself.
  7. This scale is not waterproof; never immerse the scale in water. To clean the surface, use a damp cloth or glass cleaner. Do not use soap or other chemicals.
