OVERVIEW

Getting started

  1. On the rear side of the clock, remove the back cover (I) by pressing the button (H), as shown in the diagram.
  2. Remove the three battery insulation pull tabs from the closed battery compartments. If necessary, unscrew the battery child safety lock (L) using a screwdriver ( size #o) and open the three battery compartments (K) using a coin; remove all three tabs from under the batteries and reclose the compartments and the child safety lock – ensuring the correct polarity.
  3. Set the time by turning the knob (J).
  4. Close the back cover (!).

Using the alarm clock

Set the alarm.
Hold the clock face down and rotate the knob (G) anticlockwise until the alarm hand points to the desired time. Each click represents 10 minutes.

Switching the alarm on and off.

  • To activate the alarm, turn switch (E) until the indicator is aligned with the bell icon on the rear dial. When the alarm is activated, the alarm indicator (D) on the clock face turns white.
  • To deactivate the alarm, turn switch (E) slightly until the indicator is no longer on the top of the rear dial and the alarm indicator on the clock face turns black like the dial background.

Snooze function.

  • When the alarm rings, press the Snooze/Light button (F) to interrupt the alarm for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes, the alarm sounds again.
  • The snooze function is repeated for about 55 ( + /-30) minutes, after which the alarm switches off.

Dial light.

  • Press the Snooze/Light button (F) to activate the dial light.
  • The light stays on for 2 to 3 seconds.

Setting the time.

  • Remove the back cover (I) by pressing button (H).
  • Set the time by turning the hand knob (J).
  • Close the back cover.

Replacing the batteries

  • Remove the back cover (!) by pressing button (H).
  • Remove the battery child safety lock with a screwdriver ( size #o) and open the three battery compartments (K) using a coin.
  • Replace all three simultaneously; ensure the battery polarities are correct.
  • Reclose the battery covers and the child safety lock.
