BATTERY BACK UP & LOW FOOD SENSOR ARE SMART FEATURES
Our intelligent feeder is both battery- and power-operated (3 D-sized batteries are not included). The feeder will automatically switch to the battery powered source for uninterrupted operation when unplugged or there is a power outage. When your food storage is less than 250g filled, the smart app features will also notify you.

Can the grain bucket be taken out and washed?****
Yes, the meal tray and storage container are easily removable for cleaning.

The second part will be dispensed if there is space in the bowl. The second portion won’t be dispensed if there isn’t enough room.
Does this feeder have a motion detector and/or take pictures when animals approach it for food?****
There is no motion sensor, but you can manually take pictures and videos.
How do I mute the audio? Too jarring and loud?****
Sadly, there is no option to reduce the volume. We’re putting effort into it! Make sure you are not in the same room as or very close to the feeder to prevent feedback from the microphone.
How is the lid secured? Does it have a latch or catch to prevent opening?****
Yes, there is a latch on the lid’s top that firmly closes the container.
Why isn’t my schedule being saved? I set it and click “Save,” but nothing happens.****
A 2G Wi-Fi connection is required. Before attempting to save a schedule, make sure it functions manually from your phone. To test the feeder, go to your phone, click on feed, and then do 1 chunk. Then, go to schedule, schedule 1, and save 1 minute away to make sure it works.
Can you use special characters on Wi-Fi?****
It will function as long as your Wi-Fi is 2.4GHz. A request to find your Wi-Fi and enter its password will appear.
