Tips before you start

  1. Please check that all parts are present before you start the assembly of your furniture.
  2. For ease and speed of assembly, we recommend that before you commence each step of the assembly, that you identify all the parts required for that step.
  3. For larger items, please ensure that you have sufficient space and people (as indicated on page 1) to assemble your product safely.
  4. We recommend that, where possible, all items are assembled near to the area in which they will be placed in use, to avoid moving the product unnecessarily once assembled.
  5. For the protection of your furniture, we recommend that the product is placed on a protected surface during assembly to prevent any damage.
  6. During assembly please take care not to over-tighten any fittings, as this may damage the product. Only use power tools as stated in the manual.
  7. Always place the product on a at, steady and stable surface.
  8. Do not stand on the product. Do not use the product as a stepladder.
  9. This product is intended for indoor, household use only as it is a nonindustrial product.
  10. Please use caution and care when lifting the product to avoid personal injury and/or product damage.

Care and maintenance

  • Please periodically check all fittings and re-tighten as necessary.
  • To clean your item, please use a damp cloth and wipe clean.
  • Never allow any kind of liquid to remain on your furniture. Absorption can cause wood to warp or finishes to de-laminate.
  • Please do not place hot items (eg. hot drinks) directly on to the surface.
  • Please do not drag and pull your furniture.

Assembly

Install the tabletop and the lifting columns

Use a hexagon allen key(C) and M8 screws to assemble the tabletop(1) and lifting columns(2).
Note: Do not touch the glass surface directly to the ground during installation to avoid scratching the tabletop by sharp objects. Please be careful when installing the columns to avoid damaging the glass.

Install the feet

Use a hexagon allen key(C) and M6 screws(Ax8) to install the feet to the lifting columns.
Note: Please be careful during installation to avoid falling and damaging the glass; pay attention to the orientation.

Install the motor and power lines

Assembly

Connect the motor plug to the control box, then connect one side of the adapter plug to the adapter, another side to the power line.
Caution: the motor and power lines can be fixed by cable clamp according to actual use.

Key button

Assembly

  1. Long press the up/down buttons to adjust the height of the desk; The screen will show “bot” when the desktop runs to its lowest point; and it will show “top” when the desktop runs to its highest point.

  2. key button: 1,2,3,4 are the four height memory buttons, long press the button about 3s can record the current height;

  3. Press the 3 and 4 buttons at the same time, long press 5 seconds, the RST reset indication will appear. Continue to press the “▼” down button until the lifting table lowers to the lowest position and rebounds to rise to a stop. The display shows the lowest height “bot”, release “▼” down button, the reset is over and the table can be used normally.

  4. The desk has two USB ports and one type-C port, they can supply power to other electronics and support charging protocol. Type-C Output: 5V3A/9V2A/12V1.5A; Type-A Output: 3.6-6.5V2.4A/6.5-9V2A/12V1.5A; Total output power of single port: 18W Max.
    When the desk is lifting, the output will be stopped; when lifting stops, the output will be restarted.

  5. Short press the “LOCK” button to achieve the child lock function, so as to avoid accidentally touch and guarantee the safety of children; The child lock button is switchable, screen will show “Loc” when the desk is locked.

  6. Long press the up and down button to switch the sensitivity level. When the screen shows “A-0”, it means the anti-collision function is off, “A-1” means the anti-collision sensitivity is in level 1, “A-2” means the anti-collision sensitivity is in level 2, “A-3” means the anti collision sensitivity is in level 3, level 3 means the highest sensitivity.

Troubleshooting:

  1. Reset: When the LED shows” ” , press “▼” button until the desk reaches its lowest height and rebounds to stop, it means the reset has been finished.
  2. When it does’t work and the LED shows “E01” or “E02”, please retry 18 mins later.
  3. If the “▼” button does’t work, please check the cable connection and then cut off the power for at least 10 seconds. Reconnect to the power and press “▼” button to start the reset process when it shows the “ “.
  4. If all these above process are inefficient, plz contact our customer service.

Common fault treatment

The following tips will help you detected and eliminate the common fault and error.
If the fault you met is not listed below, please contact with your supplier. Only the manufacturer and professionals are capable for investigating and correcting those fault and error.
