Important Safety Information

Read carefully before use. Failure to follow these instructions could result in serious injury or death.

DISCLAIMER : The SOLTEC Sleep Enhancement System (SES) is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Individual results vary. Consult with a medical provider for solutions that may be appropriate for you.

WARNING : Maintain a safe distance of at least six inches between the SOLTEC•SES™ and a pacemaker, implantable cardioverter defibrillator, deep brain stimulator or other active implantable device. The System may interfere with these devices and increase the risk of injury, illness or death. Consult with a medical provider on whether the System could affect your implantable medical device.

CAUTION : The SOLTEC•SES has not been tested during pregnancy. Consult with a medical provider prior to use during pregnancy.

CAUTION : The SOLTEC•SES has not been tested on persons under the age of 18. Consult with a medical provider before use by anyone under the age of 18.

Avoid placing the SOLTEC•SES and power cord where they could present a tripping hazard.

Do not use the Z•GEN™ Magnetic Conditioner around water or other liquids. Like any electronic device, there is an electrocution risk if you get Z•GEN wet when it is plugged in.

The Z•TRACK™ Analyst contains electronics and therefore to avoid damage do not expose to water or liquids.
Z•TRACK may be cleaned with a soft cloth.

Do not disassemble Z•GEN, Z•TRACK or the power adapter. There are no repairs you can safely perform.

If you experience redness or skin irritation on your wrist due to the Z•TRACK band, remove it immediately. If symptoms persist longer than 2-3 days of not using Z•TRACK, please contact a dermatologist.

Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.

Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions

What is Covered?

The SOLTEC•SES™ consisting of the Z•GEN™ Magnetic Conditioner and Z•TRACK™ Analyst are warranted against original defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase, when used for normal domestic purposes. Within this period, SOLTEC HEALTH will, at its sole option, replace any components that fail in normal use. Please contact SOLTEC via email at support@soltechealth.com to schedule warranty service.

What is Not Covered?

SOLTEC HEALTH shall not be liable for costs or damages incurred as a result of, due to, or from:

Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, power surges or other acts of nature or external causes.
Careless operation or handling.
Use of the SOLTEC•SES other than for normal domestic purposes within the United States, e.g. for commercial or rental purposes.
Repairs or alterations carried out by unauthorized parties or agents.
Normal wear and tear (e.g. fuse etc.).
Loss and theft.
Purchases of the SOLTEC•SES from unauthorized dealers or sources.

Warranty Limitations and Exclusions

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES CONTAINED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF, AND SOLTEC HEALTH EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS, ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, STATUTORY REMEDY OR OTHERWISE. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

IF IMPLIED WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, THEN SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SOLTEC HEALTH BE LIABLE IN A CLAIM FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER RESULTING FROM THE USE MISUSE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT OR FROM DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
SOLTEC HEALTH retains the exclusive right to replace (with a new or newly- overhauled replacement product) the SES or its components or offer a full refund of the purchase price at its sole discretion.
SUCH REMEDY SHALL BE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY. THE WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE ENTIRE LIABILITY OF SOLTEC, ITS AFFILIATES AND SUPPLIERS FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THESE TERMS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO SUCH CLAIM COLLECTIVELY. SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAW, SOLTEC, ITS AFFILIATES AND SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
(A) INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; (B) DAMAGES RELATING TO FAILURES OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS, THE INTERNET, ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, CORRUPTION, SECURITY, LOSS OR THEFT OF DATA, VIRUSES, SPYWARE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, REVENUE, PROFITS OR INVESTMENT, OR USE OF SOFTWARE OR HARDWARE THAT DOES NOT MEET SOLTEC SYSTEMS REQUIREMENTS. THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS APPLY EVEN IF SOLTEC AND ITS AFFILIATES AND SUPPLIERS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS AGREEMENT SETS FORTH THE ENTIRE LIABILITY OF SOLTEC, ITS AFFILIATES AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES AND ITS USE.

Connect your Z• TRACK with included charging cable and plug in the device until fully charged
The blue light on the front of the device will f lash slowly when the device is charging and stop flashing when fully charged.
Download SOLTEC • Z.,,. and Pair
Download the SOLTEC•Z App and create your account. Follow instructions in the app to pair Z• TRACK via Bluetooth.
Attach and Adjust
Z• TRACK can be worn on whichever wrist you prefer.

SET UP Z•GEN

Insert Cord into Z•GEN
Plug Power Cable into Wall Outlet
Place Z•GEN Under the Bed
Put Z•GEN under your bed near your feet. Position unit with the button facing out and power cord toward the head of the bed.
No Room Under Bed? We recommend put t ing Z•GEN on a small table at the foot of the bed. closest to your feet or on the floor at that location
Follow instructions in the SDLTEC•Z app to pair Z•GEN with Z•TRACK via the app.

COLLECT BASELINE DATA

Before Z• GEN can affect your sleep, Z•TRACK must analyze your sleep for three nights. We use your baseline metrics to program the correct stimulus accord ink to your un pique sleeppattern. On the fourth night, Z•GEN will run throughout the night after you start record ink. In the morning, when you stop your sleep session in the app1, Z•GEN will shut off automatically.

START A SLEEP SESSION

Place Z•TRACK on your wrist. Open the SOLTEC•zn, App and follow the instructions. You will be, asked to pa ir your device using Bluetooth®, please allow your device to pair. Within the app you will tap on the Z• TRACK icon and hit the Start Recording button. A purple light on the front of Z• GEN will flash for 10 seconds indicating the session has begun. If Z• TRACK and Z• GEN are not connected a message in the app will appear. Try moving your wrist to reestablish connection or move within range of Z• GEN.

PRO TIPS

You are just getting started on a better night’s sleep. For some, restoring deep sleep with fewer awakenings may take longer than others. Enhanced sleep staging is the best first step and works while you sleep. WHAT TO EXPECT

You can expect to fall asleep faster, sleep more deeply and for longer periods of time using the SOLTEC Sleep Enhancement System. As with any therapy, good things take time. Reawakening all the necessary circuitry in your brain that creates normal sleep patterns may take days, weeks, or a couple of months. This is to be expected. We are born to sleep well and a lifetime of stress and strain from everyday living causes our sleep to decline, not just in duration but efficiency. Establishing a regular bedtime and planning for a full night in bed – 8 hours or more – will help. Over time, your sleep should become mar kedly improved. You will likely sleep longer, experience a deeper level of sleep and dream more often, particularly towards morning. Open SOLTEC • Z, look at your comparison to baseline and trended results regularly and you will see for yourself!
