Important Safety Instructions
- All users of this appliance must read and understand this Instruction Manual before operating.
- Make sure that all electrical connections are kept clean. Ensure that they are kept dry.
- Before use, check that the voltage power in your country corresponds to the one shown on the appliance rating label located on the bottom of the base.
- Do not place close to fire or water.
- Children must not operate the Rainbow Mist Top Filling humidifier. Adult supervision is required at all times
- Make sure that the humidifier is on a flat and secure surface before being switched on.
- Ensure the Rainbow Mist is placed at least 60cm above ground. Example on bedside table.
- If not used, please turn off the power, unplug from the wall socket. Do not unplug by pulling on the power cord.
- Ensure that humidifier is thoroughly dried before storing for extended period of time.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced through the manufacturer to ensure safe operation.
- Unplug the appliance during filling and cleaning.
- The machine mark “MAX” on the pillar, indicates the maximum filling water level.
- The Rainbow Mist Top Filling humidifier should be cleaned Weekly and the water must be changed daily to avoid buildup of slime or dirt.
Operating Instructions
Humidifier power and Mist control
- Press the touch button once to switch the Rainbow Mist top filling humidifier on. The indicator light will come on to indicate the power setting. First press will start low flow setting .
- Press the touch button again to change to medium flow .
- Press the touch button again to change to Maximumflow .
- Press the touch button again switch the Rainbow Mist.
humidifier off.
Timer
- The timer function works when the Rainbow Mist Humidifier is running. You can choose to automatically switch off the Rainbow Mist after a preset 3 hours, 6 hours or 9 hours.
- Press the timer touch button and the 3 hour setting is activated and shown by indicator light .
- Press the timer touch button again and the 6 hour setting is activated and shown by indicator light .
- Press the timer touch button again and the 9 hour setting is activated and shown by both the 3h and 6h indicator lights.
LED light control
- The LED light is controlled independently of the humidifier
- Press the touch control button first time and the LED light will switch on and begin to cycle through all the colours automatically.
- Press the touch control button again and the first of the fixed colours is chosen.
- Press the touch control button again and the next fixed colour is selected.
- Next press of the touch control button will change the colour again until the light switches off. Next press will restart the whole cycle again.
Place the Rainbow Mist on a flat stable surface. Put the Mist Pillar inside
and turn clockwise.
Please make sure the alignment points facing correct direction as per image.
Cleaning or Maintenance
- Make sure that the appliance is switched OFF, unplugged and completely cool before cleaning or attempting to store the item.
- Do not immerse the power cord in water.
- Do not use harsh chemicals when cleaning the Rainbow Mist Top Filling humidifier.
- Wipe the outside and inside of the unit with a soft damp cloth or sponge. Remove stubborn spots with a cloth moistened with mild liquid detergent or simple white vinegar. Do not use abrasive sourcing pads or powders.
- Make sure the Rainbow Mist humidifier is dry before storing.
