- The direct guarantee has a duration of 3 months from the date of purchase recorded on your invoice or purchase receipt.
- Within the said warranty period, the arrangement is guaranteed for failures caused by electrical problems. Man-made problems such as disassembly, shock, immersion in water, connection to incorrect voltage, as well as those caused by natural disasters such as fire, flood, or earthquake are not included.
- Consumable parts and spare parts replacement is not included in the warranty.

- If the surface of the Pad has a stain, clean it with a damp cloth and wait for it to dry before using it again, or it may damage the devices.
