How to Add an Authorized eBill User Guide
Students must log in to AU Access to access this information. Student Instructions for granting access as an Authorized User:

Step 1: Have your student log in to their AU Access with their credentials.

Step 2: Select the “My Finances” tab on the left-hand side of their home screen.

Step 3: Select the eBill logo.

Step 4: In the right-hand column, your student will see “Authorized Users” from a list of options but authorized users will be the first option. Students are permitted to add as many authorized users as necessary and can provide as much access to their student financial records as they see fit.
If your student wants to sign a FERPA release, they can repeat steps one through two, and select the “Financial Release Information” option in the middle column on the main finances page.
