Instructions for use

Please use an adapter with output power of 10W or more, plug in the Charger and fix the end of the power line with the magnetic suction head and the magnetic suction input port of the bracket, the receiving position of the mobile phone supporting wireless charging is then correspondingly placed on the transmitting area of the wireless charger.
(Wireless reception is usually located in the middle of the phone)

Safety Instructions

During charging, if the phone runs APP or on using, the phone may heat up, it is normal situation.

  1. Please make sure there is no metallic material between the phone and charger and the phone case is non metallic kind.
  2. The wireless charger working temperature range is 0°C to 35 °C . it might get damaged if the temperature out the range.
  3. Please use the power adapter with 18W QC3,0 or quick charger 5V/2A or 9V/1.67A.
  4. Please do not let children or animal paly with the product or eat it.
  5. Please do not open or repair or refit the product.
  6. Please do not put any magnetic card (eg credit card, sim card, bank card etc.) near the charging phone, they might get damaged by the magnetic effects generated by charging.
  7. Please do not use the charger if it gets punctured or broken, Please do not put objects into the holes and do not put heavy objects on the product, do not squeeze the product badly, do not drag the cables
  8. Please use the charger with stable power supply.

Troubleshooting

Any problems please refer to below solutions. If problems still exit, please contact the dealer or the maintenance

  1. The charger not work.
  2. Check the Wireless Charger USB port is good. Check whether the magnetic port is in good contact, whether there is a foreign body.
  3. Check if use the proper adapter with 5V/2A or 9V/1.67A
  4. Check if the phone case contains metallic material
  5. The charging ceased or don’t reach 100% complete
  6. Please make sure the adapter is 18W Q3 quick charger, or standard 5V/2A 9V/1.67A.
  7. Please make sure the phone wireless receiver is right on the charging spot of the mat.

  1. Warranty year : 1 year (from the date of purchase)
  2.  Charge free during warranty period if the problem caused by product quality.
  3. Replacement cost will be charged if the problem caused by human behavior or using wrong power.
  4. Any problem came up after the warranty 1 year you can always contact us only charge for replacements.
