Before using the product for the first time, please read all these instructions to ensure you use the product correctly and keep it for further occasions.
WARNINGS
- This appliance is not a toy, keep it away from children or pets.
- Never place the appliance on or close to sources of heat
- Make sure the power cord does not come into contact with hot surfaces
- Do not use the unit if the product charger cable is damaged or defective.
- To avoid the risk of electrocution, do not immerse the battery in water or any other liquid. Do not charge the battery if it is wet or shows signs of corrosion.
- Keep the battery away from fire, hot sources or sunshine.
- The charger should be used only with Starlyf® Powertwin Mop; no other charger should be used. Do not use the charger outdoors or immerse it in water.
- For best results, do not charge the battery at temperatures below 5ºC or above 40ºC.
- We recommend using the product with rubber gloves and goggles for protection from any splashes coming off the rotating brush.
- Before you begin working on large areas, use Starlyf® Powertwin Mop on a small part of the surface to be cleaned that is the least visible. For best results, follow the directions in this manual.
- Never place the appliance body or power cord in water or other liquids; always clean it with a damp cloth.
- Although the product is intended to work with applied liquids, always ensure that all liquid is managed solely by the included pads only.
- This product is not completely water resistant. If water gets inside the device, be sure to dry it as soon as possible. Any moisture left on the product could damage it.
- If you are not going to use the product for a long time, remove the battery to prevent battery leaks that may keep the device from working properly.
- Remove the battery and unplug the power cable from the mains before performing any cleaning or maintenance tasks on the device.

- Do not tamper with the device in any way. The device should be handled or repaired only by an authorized professional.

HOW TO ASSEMBLE YOUR STARLYF POWERTWIN MOP
- Screw all three handle components together until secure ensuring not to over-tighten as this may cause couplings to crack (Fig 1).

- Attach the “Pole Handle” main unit see (Fig 2).
- Your Starlyf® Powertwin Mop includes specific pads that are designed to attach to both base spinners with a hook and loop system.
- Select which pads you would like to use and simply apply them to the spinners ensuring that they are centered (Fig 3).
Included with your Starlyf® Powertwin Mop kit are two different types of cleaning pads. You will only be needing the blue scruffier pads for heavier cleaning. These pads work best on tile or stone surfaces and are NOT intended for wood or laminate floor coverings as they are very abrasive.
CHARGING
Your Starlyf® Powertwin Mop contains a Polymer Li-ion Battery (Jh18650-7.4V 1500mah+PCM). Plug the end into the charging port which is located in the base of the handle just above the ball joint. Plug the “Battery Charger” into a standard electrical outlet only. For the initial battery charge, let the battery charge for a minimum of 6 to 8 hours. Always allow a minimum of 3 hours to obtain batteries full charging potential on subsequent charging sessions.
Although your Starlyf® Powertwin Mop possesses a voltage cut-off NEVER leave your Starlyf® Powertwin Mop attached to the charger for extended periods of time exceeding 12 hours or when you are not at home, doing so may lead to shortened battery life. Overcharging or rapid charging may result in damage to your battery, injury, or even fire. lf at any time your battery housing appears quite hot to the touch discontinue charging immediately and contact customer service.
Red Light indicates charging; no light indicates fully charged.
HOW TO USE YOUR STARLYF POWERTWIN MOP
- Step 1: Attach selected cleaning pads. The “On/Off” switch is located directly behind the ball and socket attachment on the “Main Unit” (Fig 4). Simply engage the button lightly with your foot or finger until it clicks.
- Step 2: Begin Cleaning.
- Step 3: The included cleaning pads are machine washable and reusable. We suggest purchasing new pads after approximately 30 cleaning sessions on average.
NOTE:
For best cleaning results spray the floor area first with any household
cleaner that you are accustomed to. Do not over-saturate the desired area. For
polishing utilize the same technique. Always clean pads prior to changing from
cleaning to polishing as this will provide the best results.
BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING
- Starlyf® Powertwin Mop is slow or sluggish – won’t run. Make sure the battery is fully charged.
- Battery not charging: ensure that both ends are properly plugged in (wall and charging port).
- You’re noticing debris left behind while you clean: ensure that desired area has been properly vacuumed or swept prior to use.

A symbol of a crossed-out wheeled bin means you should find out about and follow local regulations about disposing of this kind of product. Do not dispose of this product as you would other household waste.
Dispose of this device in accordance with the corresponding local regulations. Electrical and electronic devices contain hazardous substances that can have harmful effects on the environment and/or human health and should be recycled properly. The battery must be removed before disposing of the product. To do so, unplug the device from the mains. Open the battery compartment cover with a screwdriver and remove the battery. The battery must be disposed of safely

- Warning: it is important for the battery to be completely discharged before it is removed from the device.
