FAQs
Q: How do I reset the earbuds?
A: To reset the earbuds, place them in the charging case and keep the case open for 10 seconds. Close the case and then take the earbuds out to re-pair them.
Q: Can I use only one earbud at a time?
A: Yes, you can use either the left or right earbud independently for calls or music playback.
Product Connections
Boot:
The earbuds will automatically turn on when they leave the warehouse. *When the earbuds are located outside the compartment and turned off, press and hold the touch areas on both sides of the earbuds for 3s to manually turn on the device.
Shutdown:
The earbuds are charged in the warehouse (about 30mA at constant current), and turned off after being fully charged. * If the device is not connected for more than 3 minutes, it will automatically power off, and the battery voltage will be automatically powered off when the battery voltage is lower than 3.0V.
Pairing:
The earbuds will automatically enter the pairing state when they are turned on for the first time; Turn on the Bluetooth of your phone, enter the search pairing state, and select the device model: Top’s secret. You can operate according to the voice tone.
Connect a new device:
This product supports dual-device connection, if you need to connect a second device, please turn it on in the APP “Function Settings”. After turning on the “Double Connection” button, if the second device is not connected for more than 5 minutes, the Double Connect function will be automatically turned off.
- When two devices have been connected, you can manually unpair the connection at the Bluetooth connection of the mobile phone.
- In the non-media broadcast/playback call state, press and hold the left and right earphones to touch the area for 3s at the same time, you can disconnect from one of the current devices, re-enter the pairing state, and connect to the third device.
Auto-Connect:
- After the earbuds are turned on after leaving the warehouse, they will automatically reconnect to the last connected device.
- After leaving the effective communication range, re-enter within 3 minutes and automatically reconnect.
- If you are connected to two devices at the same time, if you carry device A beyond the connection range of device B, you need to click the connection record to return to device B after more than 3 minutes
Product Function Operation
Music control
Play/Pause: Click on the left/right earphone
Take off the earphones to pause the music, put the music back on and continue playing, and the touch operation cannot be performed when the earphones are taken off.
- Previous song: Double-tap the left ear
- Next track: Double-tap the right ear
Voice calls
- To answer a call: Click on the left/right earphones
- Hang up the phone: Click on the left/right earphone
- Reject a call: Press and hold the left/right earbud for 1.5S
- Call Transfer: Click on the left/right earphone
- Call switching: Double-tap the left/right earphone
- Voice Assistant: Triple-tap the left/right earbud to start, then click Exit (available on some models)
Noise cancellation mode switching
- Press and hold the left/right earbud for 1s and confirm the current mode according to the voice prompt

- In noise cancellation mode, remove any earphones and wear one earphone to automatically switch back to noise cancellation off mode.
Low-latency mode switching
- Quadruple tap the left/right earphone and follow the voice prompts to confirm the current mode
Battery indicator
THIS PRODUCT SUPPORTS TYPE-C CHARGING AND WIRELESS CHARGING.
Earphone compartment battery indication
- When the earphone compartment is charging, the indicator lights up for 2S at the same time to enter the charging state When the earphone compartment is fully charged, the three lights will be on and will turn off after 10 minutes of no operation
Headset battery level indicator
- The current battery indicator is always on when the lid is opened/closed When the power is low, the current light will always be on after 3 seconds after the lid is closed, and the indicator will turn off when it is fully charged Earphone battery level indicator (need to draw a light, two lights, three lights) (Battery status< 30% 1 lamp <60% 1,2 lamps <100% 1,2,3 lamps)
- Low battery prompt: When the voltage is lower than 3.3V, voice prompt: take a break to reply to the state
- The earbuds will start charging when they return to the warehouse, and the current power status indicator will be on when charging and will turn off when fully charged. When the earbuds and charging case are charged at the same time, the charging indicator of the earphone case will be displayed first.
Factory reset
In the unconnected state of searching for pairing, press and hold the left and right earphones to touch the area for 8s at the same time, you can clear the pairing information and restore the factory settings.
