INSTALLATION SITE
**PREPARATION CHECKLIST

GENERAL MACHINE ENVIRONMENT
- The installation area is clean and clear of dust and tools. It is not located in an active construction zone.
- The counter accommodates the machine size and weight:
- Dimensions: 14.5” (W) x 31” (H) x 23.1’’ (D)
- Dimensions with NSF/ANSI 4 legs: 14.5 (W) x 33.6 (H) x 23.1 in (D)
- Weight: 104 lb
- An access hole has been pre-drilled in the counter for drainage and power in accordance with model installation template
- Hole in counter is fitted with a collar to protect electrical cord, water line & drain tube.
- Machine can safely be installed with a minimum clearance of 1 5/8 inch from the back wall.

- Power outlet receptacle is NEMA L14-30R.
- Dedicated electrical circuit meets the G150 power requirements.
- No extension cord or power strip on the circuit.
WATER SPECIFICATIONS
The water configuration must match the G150 Site Preparation Checklist’s water specifications, prior to request the installation of the coffee machine. To do so, we recommend that you consult a water filtration system specialist.
Pressure & Hardness
- Pressure is between 21.7 PSI and 123.28 PSI.
- pH range is between 6.5 and 7.5.
- Hardness (TDS) is between 89 PPM and 142 PPM.
- Machine water line is equipped with softness/filtration system and descaling device.
Water Network
- The water network provides cold, drinkable tap water.
- Dedicated 3/8” diameter water line.
- Shutoff valve with a 3/8” compression fitting on machine’s end.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: Connection to a floor drain in accordance with local health code.

compliant with the requirements of the model listed above. This is the
official request to schedule the installation.
I acknowledge that my company will be charged if the installation site is not
compliant with all the Site Preparation Check-List requirements and a second
installation appointment is needed.
I acknowledge that Evoca North America does not recommend a specific water
filtration system.
An installer will contact you after this form is received properly completed.
