1. Installation:

   • Contact an Arcoaire contractor for expert installation to
     ensure optimal configuration of the thermostat.

   • Use the provided screws and drywall plugs to mount the
     thermostat on the wall.

2. Connection:

   • Download the Ion Home app for guided setup.
   • Scan the QR code on the back of the Smart Thermostat to connect
     with smart home systems.

3. Operation:

   • Set daily comfort schedules using the Ion Home app.
   • Adjust home temperatures remotely from anywhere using the
     app.

4. Maintenance:

   • Clean the thermostat display and sensors regularly with a soft,
     dry cloth.

   • Check and replace batteries if applicable according to the user
     manual.

Q: How do I reset the Smart Thermostat?

A: To reset the Smart Thermostat, press and hold the reset
button for 10 seconds until the display resets.

Q: Can I use the Smart Thermostat with a zoned system?

A: The Smart Thermostat is designed for use with conventional
(2H/2C) and Heat Pump (3H/2C) systems. Consult with a professional
to determine compatibility with zoned systems.
