Cleaning
· Wash, rinse and dry the kettle before using it for the first time. The kettle should be washed by hand.
· Do not use steel wool as this may scratch the surface.
· The inside can be cleaned by using a deliming agent or a mixture of boiled water and vinegar or water and citric acid. Rinse carefully after cleaning.
Good to know
· Do not fill above the marked water level (max. 2 litres).
· Whistle function when water boils.
· Safe on gas hobs, induction hobs, glass ceramic and cast iron hobs.
· Note that the whistle can be damaged by the flame when the kettle is used on a gas stove. Always place the kettle on electric element/zone with an equally large or smaller diameter than the kettle’s bottom.
· Note that the handle gets hot when the kettle is used. Always use pot holders when moving the kettle or lifting the lid.
· Do not place a hot kettle on your countertop.
· Over time, the plastic parts can change in colour. Polish with oil to freshen up the surface.

· No usar estropajo, pues podría rayar la superficie.
· Para limpiar el hervidor por dentro, utilizar un descalcificador o hervir una mezcla de agua y vinagre o agua y limón. Una vez lavado, enjuagar cuidadosamente.

· No se debe llenar por encima del nivel indicado (2 litros como máximo).
· Cuando el agua hierve, el hervidor emite un pitido.

· El asa se calienta cuando se utiliza el hervidor. Usa siempre una manopla para agarrar el asa y levantar la tapa.
· No coloques un hervidor caliente en la encimera.
· Con el tiempo, las piezas de plástico pueden cambiar de color. Frota la superficie con aceite para regenerarla.
