Product Usage Instructions

Installation Steps for Walls

1. Fold the tab over completely along the dotted line on PS-SR225S.
2. Partially screw M10 pan-head screw into the wall substrate.
3. Screw the folded end of PS-SR225S onto the panel using 1 x 6.3 x 8mm Euro screw plus 2 x M8 pan-head screws.
4. Slot the PS-SR225S onto the pan-head screw on the substrate and tighten the screw.
5. Clip the panel in place using PC-M1B male clips.
6. Measure 225mm below the x-y point for the location of PS-SR225S on the panel.

Installation Steps for Ceilings

1. Fold the tab over completely along the dotted line on PS-SR225S.
2. Partially screw M10 pan-head screw into the ceiling frame.
3. Screw the folded end of PS-SR225S onto the panel using 1 x 6.3 x 8mm Euro screw plus 2 x M8 pan-head screws.
4. Fold up SR and slot the PS-SR225S onto the screw in the substrate and tighten the screw.
5. Ensure that PS-SR225S is bent inwards before pushing the panel into position to encourage correct bend orientation.

INSTALLATION STEPS FOR WALLS

Partially screw M10 pan-head screw into substrate

Screw folded end of PS-SR225S onto the panel with 1 x 6.3 x 8mm Euro screw plus 2 x M8 pan-head screws

Slot the PS-SR225S onto the pan-head screw on substrate and tighten screw

Clip panel in place

Note:
screw length to suit panel thickness

Fold up SR and slot the PS-SR225S onto a screw in the substrate and tighten screw

Before pushing the panel into position on the substrate, ensure that PS-SR225S is bent inwards to ensure correct bending function when clipping panel into place inwards to encourage correct bend orientation.
