DESCRIPTION AND FEATURES

Your PondMAX 1 LED Warm Pond/Garden Light has been manufactured with advanced technology and quality materials to ideally integrate into any pond and garden scene, thanks to their compact design.

  • The PondMAX light has a glass lens and is suitable for use in or out of water.
  • The high power energy efficient LED emits a natural warm light providing years of maintenance free satisfaction.
  • The 240V transformer (not included) converts the power supply to a safe 12 volts for peace of mind in your pond or garden. (Recommended Transformer: 04ST026 – 6VA 500mA, single light only)

INSTALLATION

  • If required, have a qualified electrician install a weather proof power point near to the pond or garden, within reach of the transformer and light.
  • Mount the transformer in a dry and protected location making sure that it can’t be wet by either rain or reticulation.
  • For pond installation slide the weighted base into the circular recess on the underside of the light body. Position the light in the desired location taking care not to wet the Bi-pin plug at the end of the cable.
  • For garden installation slide the garden spike into the circular recess on the underside of the light body. Holding the light body firmly, push the light with attached spike into the desired location taking care not to penetrate any hidden services.
  • Adjust the light until facing in the general direction of the feature you wish to illuminate. We recommend final adjustments be carried out at night.
  • Insert the Bi-pin male plug on the end of the light cable into the transformer and tighten the locking collar firmly. The transformer can now be turned on.
  • Once in the correct position lock the light by tightening the thumb screws, taking care not to over tighten.
  • Multiple lights can be wired to the same transformer using our PondMAX 3 and 5 Way Connectors. A larger transformer is required (04ST016 – 20.4VA for up to 5 lights).

MAINTENANCE

There is minimal maintenance required on the PondMAX LED pond lights. The light should be inspected on a regular basis to ensure the light or cable is not damaged in any way. Clean the lens on the light regularly for maximum efficiency.
