Place the filter upwards into the Filter cap and keep it horizontally in alignment with the groove.
Insert the USB pump into the water tray and ensure the upper cover is fixed properly.
Put the upper cover into the water tank.
Place the water fountain on flat ground and power it on to run.
Connect the DC wire to the adapter and plug it into the socket for charging.
To prolong the life of the water pump, clean it once a week to prevent dirt buildup that may lead to blockages, poor water quality, or noise.
Wash the water pump with clean water and brush following the steps outlined in the manual.
Open the cover of the fountainhead by rotating it in the ON/OFF direction.
Wash the fountainhead with clean water and brush it, then close the cover after cleaning.
If there is debris in the water tray, rotate the drain plug to the vertical position so that the water flows to the filter and then stored in the tank.
The filter should be replaced every 2-4 weeks under normal conditions. If shared by multiple pets, it’s recommended to replace it every two weeks.

Failure to comply the terms as follows may result in a malfunction or other unexpected losses.

Although this product is running in the mode of low voltage, the wire bit broken by pets may cause electric leakage, please use it under proper instructions.
Please choose DC5V-1A adapters in line with relevant national and regional standards to avoid any possible damages or safety hazards.
Place the product horizontally and avoid being tipped over; otherwise, the product will suffer from malfunction or water leakage.
For indoor use only.
Avoid water contact with the plug or outlet.
Do not clean this product in the dishwasher. To move this product or keep it idle for long, please unplug the power cord.
Please keep the children using this product under the supervision of adults. Make sure to check the water level in the fountain before holidays.

Please follow the steps below for the initial use

Before installation, please soak the filter in clean water at 5~50°C for about 5 minutes.
★ It is normal that the water in which the filter is soaked appears to be colorless or yellow, but it is not drinkable.
Rinse the water tray and water tank with clean water.
★ It is strictly forbidden to clean this water fountain and its components in the dishwasher.
The amount of clean water poured into the water tank should be within the specified range (1.5~7L).
★ Water temperature: 5~50°C

The life of the water pump can be prolonged by cleaning. It is recommended to clean the water pump once a week, to prevent dirt from blocking the water channel that may result in obstructed water pipe, poor water quality, noise and other abnormal phenomena.
Wash the water pump with clean water and brush in the steps shown in Figure 1 to Figure 4.

CLEANING OF FOUNTAINHEAD

Open the cover of the fountainhead by rotating it in the ON/OFF direction on the cover.
Wash the fountain head with clean water brush it, and rotate it to close the cover after cleaning.

CLEANING WATER IN THE TRAY

When there is debris in the water in the water tray, rotate manually the drain plug to the vertical position, the water will flow to the filter and then be stored in the tank.
The filter should be replaced every 2~4 weeks in normal cases.
It’s recommended to replace the filter every two weeks when it’s shared by multiple pets.
