Product Usage Instructions

Installation Guide

1. Turn hot and cold supply valves off before starting installation.

2. Remove the locking nut (9).

3. For single hole installation:
   a. Insert the faucet through the hole. For three-hole installation:
   a. Insert the faucet into the deck plate (8), then through the hole.

4. Reattach the locking nut (9) and tighten with a wrench.

5. Remove the spray head (7).

6. Connect the hot & cold hoses to supply valves and tighten with an adjustable wrench.

7. Insert the end of the spray hose (11) into the quick connect.

8. Attach the counterweight (10) to the spray hose ensuring it is clamped six inches above the bottom of the hose.

9. Turn on the water and cycle between hot and cold to test.

10. Reattach the spray head (7).

Troubleshooting
If your faucet is not working properly:

• Problem: Leaks underneath handle
• Cause: Retainer nut has come loose. O-ring is dirty or damaged.
• Action: Tighten the retainer nut. Clean or replace O-ring. If necessary, replace cartridge.
• Problem: Aerator leaks or has an inconsistent water flow pattern
• Cause: Aerator is dirty or misfitted.
• Action: Unscrew aerator, remove any debris, check seating of rubber seal then re-assemble aerator. If necessary, replace aerator.

Care & Maintenance
To keep your product clean & shining:

1. Rinse with clean water & dry with a soft cloth.
2. Do not clean with soaps, acid, polish, abrasives, or harsh cleaners.
3. Do not use cloth with a coarse surface.
4. Unscrew the aerator and clean when necessary.
