Installation method
- Attach the short strip to the back of the machine
- Stick the strip to the wall
- Stick the back at the right height

- Bluetooth connection: Press and hold the “on/off” button for 3 seconds to turn it on or off, then click the power button after turning on the device Switch to Bluetooth mode, open your phone’s Bluetooth, and you can find the boxing ring”Bluetooth name, click on the power button to turn off Bluetooth mode.
- Speed adjustment: There are a total of 9 speeds, which can be adjusted by clicking the “SPEED” button.
