CHECK THE DOOR’S DIMENSIONS

Step 1: Measure to confirm that the door is between 13/ 8″~ 21/ 8″ ( 35mm ~54mm) thick.
Step 2 : Measure to confirm that the hole in the door is 21/8″ (54mm).
Step 3 : Measure to confirm that the backset is either 23/ 8″ – 23/4″ (60-70mm).
Step 4 : Measure to confirm that the hole in the door edge is 1″ (24 mm).
Note: If you have a new door, please drill the holes according to Drill Template.

INSTALL LATCH AND STRIKE PLATE

  1. Install latch into the door, make sure latch fits inside the door opening.
  2. Install the strike into the door frame, make sure the latch can go into the strike smoothly.

CHECK THE LATCH AND STRIKE PLATE

Hold the latch in front of the door hole, with the latch facing flush against the door edge. Check if the slotted hole is centered?

No adjustment is required.
Proceed to next step.

Slotted hole is NOT centered.
Rotate and pull the latch as shown to extend latch.

INSTALL THE LATCH

IMPORTANT: Keep the latch in unlocked position before installation.

IMPORTANT:
Before installation, make sure the latch is in the unlocked position.

INSTALL EXTERIOR PANEL

DO NOT CLOSE THE DOOR UNTIL THE DOOR LOCK IS FULLY INSTALLED AND THE BATTERIES ARE INSTALLED.

If the deadbolt latch is extended, use a flat-head screwdriver to retract it. From outside of your door, align the spindle horizontally through the latch and push the exterior panel in unit it fit against the door.CONGHE DF01T
Smart Lock - INSTALL EXTERIOR PANEL 2 Step 2 :
Install the interior mounting plate from the inside of the door.
Make sure the connect cable is running through the small hole below spindle. Use the provided srews B to secure the mount plate to the exterior panel.

DOWNLOAD THE TT LOCK APP

  1. App Download Instructions
    A. Scan the QR code on the right you can use Android and iOS to download the APP.
    B. Android version software can be downloaded in the Google Play store. Search “TT LOCK”.
    C. iOS version of the software can be downloaded in the iPhone App Store. Search “TT LOCK”.

  2. You can register and log in through email or phone number.

ADDING DEVICE

  1. Adding new door lock by app
    (Note : Keep your phone close by the door during this process.
    When no mobile phone administrator is added, trigger the fingerprint area and hear “Please add a mobile phone administrator”. Add a door lock on the app).

③ Continue to follow the instruction on the App interface.

④ Continue to follow the instruction on the App interface.

① Tap the fingerprint you want to delete.
② Tap delete.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Q : How to reset the DF01T?
A1 : Press and hold the reset button for 3 seconds, and hearing a long beep for l second, the smart lock initialization completed.
A2 : Within 10 seconds of reinstalling the battery ,press and hold the set button for 10 seconds After the voice broadcast “Please press your finger”, touch the fingerprint- (administrator) once, and the voice broadcast reads “Factory reset successfu!”. Mean time, the fingerprint indicator light will remain green for 5 seconds, the smart lock initialization completed.
A3 : Open TT LOCK APP, click on “Settings”, slide to the bottom find “delete”, and re-adding devices.
Q : Dose DF01T work with third-party accessories such as deadbolt latch?
A : lt is recommended to use the original accessories for best performance and stability.
Q : What notification will receive when the battery is low?
A1: When using fingerprint to unlock, the voice prompt reads “Low battery, please replace battery before unlocking.“
A2: When you unlock the device through the TT LOCK App, you will receive push notification message with low battery warning. (Member Services – Subscription Required)
A3: You can check the battery power on TT LOCK APP
Q : Why DF01T doesn’t lock or unlock?
A1: Check for low batteries.
A2: Try to see if you can manually lock the door. (to see if you install the lock correctly).
Q : My DF01T doesn’t respond. lt is not powering and the front light doesn’t flash. In this case, the device can’t connect to any smartphone.
A1: The fast solution will be the replacement of the batteries.
A2: Re-connect the cable is also a good way to go.
Q : Speaker does not make noise when unlocking and locking although Smart lock has power.
A1: Please check the TT LOCK APP in the setting to see if you have set to the mute mode.
A2: After A1 check ,without setting problem , it is possible that the speakers broken. Then you should contact us to replace the lock.
Q : My DF01T manually locks but doesn’t connect to the phone .
A : Go to the settings and check the Bluetooth connection. Make sure that the Bluetooth is on and connected to the device. If Bluetooth is on and connected, then there may be an issue with the motherboard.
Q : The gears are not functioning.
A1 : Unlock with the right fingerprint or password or BLE, pay attention if the lock is in security mode (only the master can unlock ).
A2 : After A1 check, the problem is still here, contact us to replace a lock.
Q : How to enable or disable the security mode?
A1 : Long press the set button for 3 seconds, broadcasts security mode is enabled. In the security mode, only admin’s fingerprint and APP can unlock the lock
A2 : Only admin’s fingerprint and APP unlock, The security mode will be disabled.
Q : How can l unlock DF01T if battery runs out?
A : Press the rubber button, rotate the front lock clockwise, insert the mechanical key to open the front lock, or use the USB Type-C port for emergency power supply [Unable to recharge]
