Kind Tips

  1. When you receive the laptop and turn it on for the first time, create a username and connect to WiFi after entering the desktop.
  2. Always wait for the power indicator on the keyboard to turn off before closing the screen.
  3. Please do not install operating systems obtained from other sources as the drivers may be incompatible with this machine. If you wish to reinstall the system, please contact us.
  4. Do not subject the device or its accessories to strong impacts or vibrations, as this may cause damage and device malfunctions.
  5. Do not use the device in dusty, damp, dirty, or magnetic environments, as this may cause internal circuit malfunctions.
  6. Do not use the device during thunderstorms, as this may cause device malfunctions or electric shock hazards.
  7. Use the device within the temperature range of 0°C to 35°C, and store the device and its accessories within the temperature ran ge of -10°C to +45°C. High or low environmental temperatures may cause device malfunctions.

Warranty scope

The following three requirements need to be met simultaneously:

  1. The appearance of the product is intact, without damage, scratches, stains, cracks, deformation, etc;
  2. Can provide a complete and valid purchase invoice and warranty form, and the number filled in is exactly the same as the product machine number:
  3. The product qualification certificate and the anti disassembly sticker on the body are not damaged

Excluding the scope of three guarantees

When the following situations occur, we will charge a certain material fee for repairing and replacing components

  1. Damaged product certificate and body anti disassembly sticker;
  2. Users dismantle or repair the machine on their own, causing machine malfunction or damage;
  3. Users who cause machine malfunctions or damages due to improper use, maintenance, and storage;
  4. Those who do not have a purchase invoice or warranty form, or whose warranty form is not filled out or stamped with the dealer’s seal;
  5. The machine number filled in on the user’s purchase invoice and warranty form is inconsistent with the product machine number;
  6. Machine malfunction or damage caused by non product quality factors such as natural disasters or force majeure;
