GARMENT & BATTERY CARE

  1. Spot cleaning only, lay flat and dry

  2. Please do not rinse or immerse in water. The heated insole contains a built-in circuit, so if water or other conductive liquid flows into the insole, it will cause a short circuit or even cause a fire or explosion.

  3. If the insole gets wet, wipe it dry with a cloth and air dry before turning on the power, or seek professional help.

  4. Do not bleach, iron and wring.

  5. Avoid impact

  6. Do not hit the insole with a pressure exceeding 250 kg/550lb, otherwise, it will damage the circuit.

  7. Heated insoles are electronic products. In order not to cause harm, please keep them away from kids.

  8. Turn off the device when not in use.

  9. Do not use the heated insole if you notice a change in shape (lumps) due to overheating of the internal battery during charging, or rust or corrosion is found.

  10. Turn off the insoles and fully charge the battery(s) before storing.
CHARGE EVERY 2 MONTHS TO MAINTAIN THE BATTERY LIFE.

  11. Put the insoles in a cool and dry place (around 77°F / 25°C), avoid direct sunlight.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Why the insoles don’t work?

  1. The built-in batteries run out.
Solution: Press and hold the ON/OFF button at the bottom of the insole for 2 to 3 seconds. If the RED light does not light up, it indicates that the heating system is not working properly. Please fully charge the insole until the blue light comes on.

  2. The battery of the remote controller runs out.
Solution: Press any key on the remote controller, if the corresponding LED light on the insole does not light up, it means that the remote controller is out of power. Please replace the battery in the remote controller.
