This machine is a floor cleaning machine that combines mechanical friction of
brush plates with chemical cleaning agents. It is suitable for cleaning

Machine Delivery
When the machine is delivered to the customer, the customer should immediately

Machine Usage Precautions

Preparation and Configuration of the Machine Preparation before Unboxing
- This machine is packaged in a specially designed wooden crate, which can be handled with a forklift. The machine can only be placed in two layers.
- The dimensions of the packaging box are as follows: Length: L=39.8 inches, Width: W=22.8 inches, Height: H=38.2 inches.
- Opening the Outer Packaging Box
- The machine is secured to a fixed frame on a wooden pallet.
- Remove the fixed frame
- Remove the machine along with the wooden pallet.
- You can also keep the wooden pallet for future transportation.

Battery charging connection (see image below)
Connect the battery charger to the battery plug, the battery charger and this
manual are placed in the same box, and must be connected to the charger
according to the relevant instructions.
This connection should be made by specialized personnel, any wrong or incomplete connection will result in damage to the machine and personnel.
Maintenance of the battery
- The battery should be charged and maintained in strict accordance with the instructions of the battery manufacturer.
- Special attention should be paid to the selection of battery chargers, which should be selected according to the different types and capacities of the battery.
- The new battery should be fully charged before first use. It can be used for 5 deep charges and deep discharges of the new battery
Battery disposal
When the battery life is exhausted, the connection should be cut off by a
special person and correspondingly removed from the battery compartment.
- Batteries are hazardous wastes and should be disposed of in a timely manner after the storage is exhausted. Please comply with local regulations for waste disposal.
Battery charging
In order to avoid permanent damage to the battery, remember not to drain all
the battery charge, and to do so, charge it within a few minutes of noticing
that the battery alarm light starts flashing.
Note:
Never drain all the battery charge, even when the machine is no longer in use.
When charging, lift the sewage tank and secure it with a bracket as shown in
the figure on the right, and make sure that the charger corresponds to the
type and capacity of the battery used.
- Beware of electric shocks
- Beware of evaporating gases and spilling corrosive media.
- Beware of fire prevention: Please keep away from the machine.
Battery charge status indicator
The battery charge status display has 10 LED light bar displays, and 3 light bar colours, and these colours represent different charge states.
- 10 tiers=100%
- Green = Sufficient battery
- Yellow = 30% battery remaining
- Red = undervoltage needs to be recharged.
It is recommended that when using an AGM battery, the yellow indicator light is on and you can use the smart charger configured by our company to charge it.
Installation of Squeegee Assembly
Due to the relationship of packaging, the suction squeegee is supplied separately, and the suction squeegee Y should be fixed on the suction squeegee bracket assembly Q as shown in the above figure, until the cable is loosened, and the suction pipe T is connected to the suction port P.
Squeegee Assembly height adjustment
- The height of the squeegee should be adjusted according to the rubber of the squeegee, and the specific adjustment methods are as follows:
- Rotate the adjusting nut J counterclockwise to raise the absorbent squeegee, and rotate the adjusting nut J clockwise to reduce the suction squeegee.
- The adjustment nuts on the left and right sides must be adjusted synchronously to ensure that the suction squeegee head remains parallel to the ground.
Sewage tanks
Turn over the sewage tank, check the connection between the suction pipe, the
sewage pipe and the sewage tank, see whether the parts are connected correctly
and sealed well, and further check whether the sewage suction pipe T and the
suction port P, the sewage pipe S and the sewage pipe plug F are connected
correctly and sealed well.
Clear water tank
Fill in clean water from the water tank filling port R.
Clean water
Add clean water with a cleaning solution temperature of no more than 50 °C to
the clean water tank, and the detergent put into the clean water tank is
recommended to be a neutral detergent with a pH value between 5-and 9, add the
least amount of detergent to avoid a large amount of foam damage to the
suction motor, and cover the lid of the clean water tank.
- Please use a low-foaming detergent, in the case of using detergent, a little defoamer must be added to the sewage tank, and the use of pure acid is prohibited!
Installation of the brush
- Before installing the brush disk, be sure to keep the power supply of the machine in the off position, that is, turn the key switch B to the 0 position;
- To avoid injury to the hands, all power supply of the machine should be cut off before the brush plate installation operation.
- After the base of the brush plate is lifted, insert the brush plate under the brush plate cover under the water tank until the three buckles on the brush plate are embedded in the card slot of the tray base, and rotate the brush plate to rotate the buckle to the direction of the card slot until the brush plate is completely fixed on the tray base. The image on the right shows the direction of rotation of the fixed brush disc.
Operation of the Machine
Second, the operation of the machine
Set up before work
- Connect the battery plug M;
- Set the master switch key B to the 1 position (clockwise), and the power indicator H will light up immediately.
- The water valve N manually adjusts the amount of clean water and selects the appropriate amount, which is enough to clean the floor and will not overflow from the outside of the baffle. In addition, please adjust it at any time according to the type of floor, the type of dust and the speed of travel;
- The machine head is tilted forward to lower the brush plate;
- Operate the control lever to reduce the water absorption head;
The march of the machine
Forward:
Press the brush switch and the water absorption switch, then hold the handle
with both hands to apply push force forward
- Even if you only retreat a short distance, lift the head of the slotting squeeze.
- The machine starts to move forward under this operation, the brush plate begins to rotate, and in the few meters when the machine starts to travel, check whether the water is sufficient, whether the suction squeegee can be completely dried, and whether the machine can continue to work until the clean water tank runs out.
- When a problem occurs during operation, please turn off all power supplies including the key switch of the main unit immediately, stop the work of the machine, and troubleshoot before restarting the machine.
Overflow device
When the water in the tank is full, the float in the tank is closed
- The suction pipe, to avoid damage to the suction motor, should be opened immediately, stop the machine from working and empty the sewage tank.
- This process must be operated with gloves to avoid contact with dangerous goods.
After the completion of the work, before any maintenance work, you should:
- The brush base is tilted behind the fuselage;
- Park the machine to a place where the sewage tank can be emptied;
- Turn the key switch B to the position of 0 (counterclockwise), that is, turn off the main power of the machine;
- Remove the sewage discharge pipe (S) from the dirty water tank.
- Remove the sewage discharge pipe plug F and empty the water tank.
- This should be done with gloves to avoid contact with dangerous objects.
- Remove the brush plate and clean it with the faucet (for the removal of the brush plate, see the section on removing the brush plate for details)
Daily maintenance
Clean the sewage tank
- Remove the sewage discharge pipe;
- Unplug and empty the dirty water tank;
- This process must be operated with gloves to avoid contact with dangerous goods.
- Clean the sewage tank with a water hose or spray gun, and discharge all the sewage;
- Keep the sewage tank clean to prevent it from being blocked by foreign objects;
- Reinstall all parts.
Clean the clean water tank filter
- Unplug the water filter G and clean it thoroughly;
- Reassemble all parts.
Clean the absorbent squeegee
To ensure the best drying results, check that the absorbent spatula is always
clean.
The clean absorbent spatula should:
- Remove the suction pipe T from the suction port P;
- Loosen the nut on the suction squeegee bracket assembly Q and remove the suction squeegee Y;
- Remove the suction pipe interface P and clean it;
- Clean the absorbent spatula thoroughly from the inside out;
- Clean the absorbent squeegee and rubber sheet thoroughly;
- Check whether the suction pipe on the suction squeegee is blocked regularly or when the suction equipment is not working properly.
- Reassemble all the parts again.
Remove the brush disk
- Lean back the fuselage to lift the brush disk base;
- Park the machine;
- Rotate the brush disc in the direction shown in the diagram, and then remove the brush disk;
- If it is not used for a long time, it is necessary to remove the brush plate clean it and dry it;
Clean the battery compartment
Wipe the battery box and battery with a dry rag regularly, keep it clean, and
check whether the connections of the battery power cord, including the binding
posts, are loose, please keep the connection tight and strong, otherwise it
will easily lead to overheating, affecting the normal charging and battery
life.
- This should be done with gloves to avoid contact with dangerous objects.
- Beware of evaporating gases and spilled corrosive media
- Indicate that there is a fire, stay away from the machine
Fourth, cycle maintenance

Replace the absorbent squeegee rubber
Check the wear and tear of the absorbent rubber sheet, if the wear is severe, please replace it according to the following procedures: -
Unplug the suction pipe T from the suction port P of the suction squeegee

Turn the nut on the squeak assembly;

Remove the squeegee from the bracket

Loosen the fixing screw (4) on the rubber fixing plate, and remove the fixing plate (5);

Replace the eraser (6). Reinstall the squeegee according to the above procedure.
Common faults and troubleshooting methods
Before entrusting the maintenance department or calling our customer service department, please check the following points:
