INSTALLATION
Parts Description
LED light: this type without the power cable
Cables (AL-01E has one cable)
- 9 9-pin air connector (signal cable) connects to the scale
- If the signal cable is 9 9-pin d-subminiature socket, should connect a conversion cable.
- TLI Weighing Indicator Connect to Light Tower AL-01E
9 PIN AIR Connector: 8 Wired Cable (Color code): Mainboard
CHECK-WEIGHING
- Check-weighing is a procedure to cause the alarm to sound and the lamp will flash when the weight on the scale meets or exceeds values stored in memory. The memory holds values for a high limit and a low limit. Either limit can be used or both can be used.
- Before we use the alarm, should set the limit of the scale.
- BOTH LIMITS SET, LOW LIMIT is less than HIGH The middle lamp will flash and the beeper will stop sound when the weight is between the limits.
- LOW LIMIT SET, HIGH LIMIT is set to zero
- The middle lamp will flash and the beeper will off when the weight is less than the Low Limit. More than the Low Limit the upper lamp will turn on and the beeper will be on.
- HIGH LIMIT SET, LOW LIMIT is set to zero
- The beeper will be off and the middle lamp will flash when the weight is more than the High Limit. Less than the High Limit the below lamp will flash and the beeper will be on.
- BOTH LIMITS SET. LOW is set greater than HIGH The beeper will sound and all lights will flash
