HOW-to guide
Download follow APP
- Method 1: Scan the QR code below and select the IOS or Android version according to the mobile system to quickly download and install
- Method 2 : Search for “JXL PRO” in the mobile app store to download and install.
Note : Before downloading and installing the APP, it is recommended to connect the mobile phone to the wireless network (the camera supports 802.11b/g/n protocol 2.4G WiFi, does not support 5G WiFi, please ensure that the mobile phone is connected to 2.4G WiFi)
Account registration and login
- Open the installed “JXL PRO” APP
- Click “Register”, then select “Agree” in the pop-up “Privacy Statement and Service Agreement”, and enter your mobile phone number or email address, login password, verification code, etc. as prompted by the APP to complete the registration.（figure 1）
- After completing the registration, return to the login page and enter “mobile phone/email”, “password”, and select that you have read and agreed to the Service Agreement and Privacy Statement to log in.(figure 2)
Enable the device
- Install the memory card into the camera card slot (the memory card does not support hot swap, please insert and remove the memory card when the device is powered off).
- Press the ON/OFF key for 3 seconds to start the device. The blue light is on and the device blinks quickly,The red LED lights up while charging.
AP distribution network
- After login, click the “+” button in the upper right corner to add the device. (Figure 3)
- Select the A9 (WI-FI) icon on the screen and tap to enter the distribution network (Figure 4)
- Select AP distribution network Entry。(Figure 5)
- Make sure the blue light is blinking. Start grid distribution (Figure 6)
- Connect the device WIFI, find the device number at the beginning of (LLM***) in the WIFI list to connect, and click the return button on the phone after success. Start connecting to 2.4G network WIFI, find the available 2.4G network in the WIFI list enter the correct password and click Next。（Figure 7 Figure 8 Figure 9Figure 10Figure 11）
- If you select or enter the device name point Next, the Online status is displayed in the upper right corner of the device list screen. (Figure 12 Figure 13 )
Note:
- When logging in to the APP for the first time, you need to open all permissions prompted by the APP pop-up box, otherwise the APP will not work.
- Before adding the device, the phone is connected to the 2.4G WiFi network that needs to be configured.
- If the network fails to be configured, hold down the MODE key for 10 seconds to reset the device and restart the network.

- device real-time monitoring interface click in the upper right corner. go to the settings screen
- Select Video Cloud Storage. (Figure 15)
- In the cloud storage service page, purchase a cloud storage package as required to experience the cloud storage service.(Figure 16)
Alarm event
- Click “Messages” below the device list to select and view the alarm video for the target device.（Figure 17）
- View alarm videos in cloud storage by date or time period. (Figure 18)
Device sharing management
- On the device real-time monitoring screen, tap“… ”in the upper right corner. Enter the setting screen。
- In the device Settings list, click “Share Management”. (Figure 19)
- On the share management page, tap“ +” in the upper right corner and enter your friend’s account. (Figure 20 Figure 21)
- Set sharing permissions and click “Finish” to complete device sharing.
Alarm settings
- On the device real-time monitoring screen, tap…. Setup bar icon.
- Click to open push Settings and select the “System Settings” bar .
- Select house-watching mode, click Open home-watching mode switch, set the motion detection sensitivity.
Delete device
- On the device real-time monitoring screen, tap“… ”in the upper right corner. Enter the setting screen。
- In the device Settings list, locate and select “Unbind”.
- You can select “Unbind and Clear Data” to unbind the device. “Unbind and clear data” means unbind and restore factory Settings at the same time.
FAQ
Q: What if the camera doesn’t connect?
A :
- Check whether the network (cable (WiFi 4G) of the environment is working properly
- WiFi network environment, please check whether the WiFi signal is 2.4G WiFi or 5G WiFi.if it is 5G WiFi, please switch to 2.4G WiFi.
- In WiFi environment, please make sure to turn off the wireless hiding function of the router.
- 4G environment, please check whether the traffic is used up? lf it is used up, please recharge the traffic and continue to use normally.
Q: Do you support wired connections?
A : This device supports wired and wireless connection. Wired connection is recommended where wireless signal coverage is not available or the wireless signal is poor.
Q: How to detect when the device is offline for a period of time?
A :
- Whether the power adapter works properly: whether the work indicator is long on.
- Whether the wifi device is too far away from the router: Put the device near the wifi location to check whether the problem disappears.
- Whether the 4G signal is good in the area where the 4G device is located: the 4G phone checks the signal strength in the area.
- Whether the 4G device traffic is used up: the QR code for charging the traffic on the body of the scanning device is queried.
Q: What if the camera cannot recognize the memory card or cannot record?
A :
- Format the memory card and insert it into the card slot of the device (insert and remove the memory card after the device is powered off).
- It is recommended to use brand or quality guaranteed cards, and it is forbidden to use inferior and fake memory cards, so as not to cause damage to the equipment.
Pay attention
- Memory cards do not support hot swap, please insert and remove memory cards in the case of power failure.
- It is recommended to use branded or quality guaranteed cards, and it is forbidden to use inferior and fake memory cards to avoid damage to the device.
- Do not install the device in places that are damp, dusty and easy for children to touch.
- Do not disassemble or damage the equipment without professional personnel, otherwise it will not be guaranteed.
