Product Usage Instructions

• Charging:
  Charge your smartwatch by connecting the magnetic charging cable to a USB +5V power source. The full charge time is about 2.5 hours. Make sure the battery is in a normal state for first use.

• Power On/Off:
  After a full charge, press and hold the power button for about 3 seconds to turn on the smartwatch. Press and hold the same button to turn it off.

App Installation:

1. Download the Transfer Mold app from the Play Store for Android phones or the App Store for Apple devices by scanning the QR code provided.
2. Connect the smartwatch to your phone using the app to enable features like notifications, music control, and weather updates.

Bluetooth Pairing:

1. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone.
2. Open the Transfer Coil App, set personal information, and add the device by selecting QW33 from the search list.
3. Once paired, customize features as needed.

Wearing Instructions:

Charge your smartwatch

• Make sure the battery is in a normal state for first use. If the power does not turn on properly, connect the charger to charge the device. This machine is powered by USB +5V, magnetic charging. The full charge time is about 2.5 hours.
• After a full charge, press and hold the power button for about 3 seconds to turn on the smartwatch.

App installation

1. Download the Transfer Mold app: The smartwatch needs to download an app to connect to your phone. Please download the app by scanning the QR code below. It supports both Apple and Android devices.
2. The app can be downloaded from the “Play store” for Android phones and the “App Store” for Apple devices.
   Scan the QR code below to download the Transfer Mold app.

Bluetooth pairing

1. Turn on the Bluetooth switch on your phone
2. Open the Transfer Coil App and set the relevant personal information
3. Go to “Devices” and click “Add Device” to experience more features.
4. Select “QW33” from the search list.
5.  Once the pairing is complete, you can use or customize the features as you like.

Note: Android phones need to allow apps to run in the background.
Android and iPhone use all notification permissions to read contact information, And provide the app to run in the background in the phone settings.

After the Android phone connects the smartwatch “Qw33”, a small window will pop up and ask to connect with “QW33Audio” to answer calls and listen to music; The Apple mobile phone is connected to the dual Bluetooth one-time, and the above pairing QW33Audio dialog box will no longer pop up, and the dual Bluetooth names will be combined into one, and only QW33Audio will be displayed in the phone/settings/Bluetooth/device.

Please make sure that you must turn on your phone audio in your smartwatch as shown above to use the audio and call functions.

Description of the function of the smart watch

1. Press and hold the power button (power on and off button) to turn on/off the smartwatch.
2. To change the watch face, long press the home screen (swipe from left to right) to switch the watch face or rotate the encoder to select.
3. Press the encoder button to enter the main menu.
4. Swipe down : Get Messages.
5. Swipe Up: Show the shortcut menu function.
6. Swipe from left to right: You will get a dual-window mode.
7. Swipe from right to left: Quick access to relevant features.
8. Power saving: You can directly click the battery symbol and then click the OK button in the drop-down menu to reduce the brightness of the screen, so as to reduce power consumption and achieve the purpose of power saving.

• Healthy Triple Ring
  The three rings represent activity (outer ring), exercise (central ring), and standing (inner ring). You can set a target value for each of them.

• Physical training
  Tap the sport icon on the menu to start a new session. There are 120 sport modes to choose from. The exercise data can be synchronized to the mobile app for viewing.

• Sleep monitoring
  Please wear a smartwatch when sleeping, it will monitor sleep time and sleep quality (deep/light sleep) and can be synced to the mobile app to view the data.

• Music control
  After the mobile phone is bound to the watch through the APP, when the mobile phone plays music, the bracelet can pause, play, and control the up and down songs.

• Female menstrual cycle
  In the path of mobile phone/APP/personal information/gender, set the gender to female, and the female menstrual cycle management module can be displayed on the APP homepage.

• Alarm clock reminders
  You can set 5 sets of alarms. When the set time is reached, the smartwatch will vibrate. meteorology

• Raise your hand to turn on the screen

  • Turn on this feature. When the smartwatch is in the screen-off state, raise your wrist and turn the screen towards you to make the screen light up.

• Dial market
  Users can download watch faces or customize watch faces.

• My QR code

2. Unable to make a Bluetooth connection:
   • Please make sure that the Bluetooth of the mobile phone is turned on and the watch is turned on.
   • When searching for Bluetooth, please make sure that the watch is not bound to another account;
   • When searching for Bluetooth, try to keep the watch and mobile phone in close proximity.
3.  Bluetooth is automatically disconnected, resulting in messages that cannot be pushed: notifications are turned on (auxiliary functions also need to be turned on); pay attention to see if the Do Not Disturb mode is turned on when pushing messages, and no messages will be pushed when the Do Not Disturb mode is turned on.
4. After the bracelet is connected to the mobile phone, the exercise and sleep data are not synchronized to the mobile APP, please try to disconnect the Bluetooth and then reconnect.
   Note: In order to save power, many mobile phone systems will automatically clear the background app and close the watch APP by themselves, resulting in Bluetooth disconnection. In this case, you need to set up the phone accordingly, find something like Phone Manager or Security Center in the phone, and add the APP to the whitelist or allow self-start in the battery management or self-start setting options.
