Operating Instructions

The MagSafe Charging Mount shall be used in the following usage situations, please choose the corresponding usage according to the model of your mobile phone.

iPhone 12/13/14/15 series bare phone: Use Directly
Wireless Charging is available
iPhone 12/13/14/15 series with Mag Safe or magnetic case: Use Directly
Wireless Charging is available
iPhone 12/13/14/15 series with normal case, or other phones (support wireless charging function) with/without a case: Use with Metal Ring.
NOTE : Please use a cleaning wipe to clean the back of the mobile phone case before installing the metal ring.
Wireless Charging is available
Other phones(DO NOT support wireless charging function) with/without a case: Use with Metal Ring.
NOTE: Please use a cleaning wipe to clean the back of the mobile phone case
before installing the metal ring.
Wireless Charging is NOT available (Only the car mount function)

Install the Metal Ring

There are two ways to paste the metal ring, which are listed as follows. Please choose between them according to your needs.

Stick on the back of the mobile phone
Stick on the back of the mobile phone case.

NOTE
Stick on the back of the mobile phone case.
To better protect your phone. It is recommended to paste the metal ring on the back of the phone case.
Please use the metal ring on a phone case that has a flat and smooth back surface. Phone case with rough surfaces (such as frosted surface) and silicone case would affect the adhesive effect.
Please use specific match-up card to aim at the position when pasting the metal ring.

Use the Locator Card to install the Metal Ring

STEP 1
Use a cleaning wipe to clean the back of the phone (or phone case) where the metal ring needs to be pasted.
NOTE : If use a phone case, please INSTALL the metal ring OUTSIDE of phone case.

STEP 2
Place the locator card on the back of the phone. Observe the locator card has the same symmetrical edge to ensure that the hole of locator card is positioned in the middle of the phone.
NOTE : Please check the detailed instruction on the locator card.

STEP 3
Tear off the protective paper of the transparent sticker, paste it aiming the hole of locator card.

STEP4
Tear off the protective paper of the metal ring and stick it on the transparent sticker.
Install Metal Ring

STEP 5
Press firmly along the metal ring to secure it.

STEP 6
Remove the match-up card. Press it for about 5 seconds and leave it for 6 hours

Installation Steps

Unscrew the fixed nut, place it on the ball joint of the air vent clip.
Insert the ball joint into the socket on the back of the phone holder until you hear a “Click”.
Tighten the fixed nut.
Rotate the knob to adjust the hook to fit the air vent blade.
Insert the car phone mount into a suitable place on the air vent, then tighten the locking knob to secure the car phone mount firmly.

Note

About using non-standard car charger: recommend to use QC3.0 or PD18W or above.
Metal accessories (iron pieces, finger clasps) or credit cards can interfere with charging. Phone Case containing metal will trigger foreign object detection and interrupt charging.
Use the phone for GPS navigation or listening to music while charging can significantly affect the charging speed. When using GPS applications, the power consumption may be higher than the charging speed.
It is normal to have slight heating during the use of the wireless charger, if you encounter serious heating, please suspend the use and contact our after-sales mailbox.
