Get Started
- Connect the Micro USB plug of the Power Cable to the Power Input on the back of the Sobro TV dongle
- Connect the USB plug of the Power Cable to the USB port on the Power Adapter. Then connect the Power Adapter to a wall outlet.
- Press the Bluetooth button once to start the dongle.
- Follow the paragraph Cable Connection to connect the unit to an audio unit.
- Press and hold the Bluetooth button for 5 seconds to turn off the dongle.
Operation
Cable Connection – RCA/AUX:
- Connect the plug of the included 3.5 mm cable to the Aux In jack on the back of the TV dongle.
- Connect the RCA plugs to the audio input of your audio unit (e.g. amplifier).
- Connect the other end to the 3.5 mm input of your audio unit (e.g. amplifier).
Bluetooth Connection

To wirelessly stream music from your mobile device (e.g. phone) to the dongle, start the Bluetooth function on your phone.
Note: Make sure that your phone is not connected to another unit via Bluetooth. -
Press the On/Off/Connect button to set the dongle to Bluetooth connection mode. The LED Indicator will flash in blue to indicate that it is ready to connect via Bluetooth.

Let your phone search for Bluetooth units, then select ‘B102’ from the list of discovered devices.
Note: If necessary, enter ‘0000’. -
After a successful Bluetooth Connection, the LED Indicator will illuminate steadily in blue.
Note: Double-click on the Bluetooth button to un-pair your phone. -
Press the Bluetooth button once to start playing music and control the playback via your phone.
Note: If your phone receives a call during playback, the playback will automatically be paused and the call will be transferred to the dongle .
Troubleshooting
Problem | Solution |
---|
No Bluetooth connection| Disconnect your audio unit (e.g. phone) from other
Bluetooth-connected units.
Make sure that your audio unit is not exceeding the Bluetooth range (10 m).
No audio| Make sure that the Bluetooth and cable connections are established
properly.
No power| Make sure that the Power Adapter is connected properly to the wall
outlet and the Bluetooth Audio Receiver, and that the Power Adapter and Cable
is not damaged.
