GENERAL SAFETY RULES (FOR ALL BATTERY OPERATED TOOLS)
WARNING :
Read and understand all instructions. Failure to follow all instructions
listed below may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious personal
Work Area Electrical Safety
- Keep your work area clean and well lit. Cluttered benches and dark areas invite accidents.
- Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres. such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gasses, or dust. Power tools create sparks that may ignite the dust of fumes
- Keep bystanders, children, and visitors away while operating a power tool. Distractions can cause you to lose control.
- A battery-operated tool with integral batteries or a separate battery pack must be recharged only with the specified charger for the battery. A charger that may be suitable for one type of battery may create a risk of fire when used with another battery.
- Battery operated tool only can be used with specifically designated battery pack. Using any other batteries may create a risk of fire.
Personal Safety
- Stay alert, watch what you arc doing, and use common sense when operating a power tool. Do not use tool while tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication. A moment of inattention while operating power tools may result in serious personal injury.
- Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry, contain long hair. Keep your hair, clothing, and gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewelry, or long hair can be caught in moving parts.
- Avoid accidental starting. Be sure switch is in the locked or off position before inserting battery pack. Carrying tools with your finger on the switch or inserting the battery pack into a tool with the switch on invites accidents.
- Remove adjusting keys or wrenches before turning the tool on. A wrench or a key that is left attached to a rotating part of the tool may result in personal injury.
- Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. Proper footing and balance enable better control of the tool in unexpected situations.
- Use safety equipment. Wear eye protection. Dust mask, non-skid safety shoes, hard hat, or hearing protection must be used for appropriate conditions.
Tool Use and Care
- Use clamps or other practical way to secure and support the workplace to a stable platform. Holding the work by hand or against your body is unstable and may lead to loss of control.
- Do not force tools. Use the correct tool for your application. The correct tool will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it is designed.
- Do not use the tool if the switch does not turn it on or off. A tool that cannot be controlled with the switch is dangerous and must be repaired.
- Disconnect the battery pack from the tool or place the switch in the locked or off position before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing the tool. Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of starting the tool accidentally.
- Store idle tools away from children and other untrained persons. Tools are dangerous in the hands of untrained users.
- When the battery pack is not in use, keep it away from other metal objects like paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws, or other small metal objects that can make a connection from one terminal to another. Shorting the battery terminals together may cause sparks, bums, or a fire.
- Maintain tools carefully. Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly maintained tools with sharp cutting edge are less likely to deviate and are easier to control.
- Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, breakage of parts, and any other condition that may affect the tools operation of damaged, ensure the tool is serviced before using. Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained tools.
- Use only accessories that are recommended by the manufacturer for your model. Accessories that may be suitable for one tool may create a risk for injury when used on another tool.

How to Oil the Chain
-
Step 1: Cleaning
Before adding lubricating oil, it is necessary to clean the dirt on the chain. Use a wipe to thoroughly clean the surface and crevice of the chain. -
Step 2: Lubricate the chain
Use an oil bottle to add lubricating oil to the chain, wait for 2-5 minutes after oiling to allow it to fully penetrate into the interior, and then turn the chain several times to make the lubricating oil evenly distributed on the chain, and then wipe off the excess oil with a dry cloth. -
Step 3: Maintenance
When the chainsaw is working, lubricating oil every 10 minutes can not only maintain the guide plate but also the chain.
Use Sharpener to Sharpen the Chain
When the chain becomes unsharp, the serrations can be rested using the
included sharpener to keep the serrations sharp. When using the sharpener,
grind along the direction of the sawtooth, not in the opposite direction, and
the angle between the sharpener and the chain should not be too large, 30° is
the best.
NOTICE
The load force of the mini chainsaw is relatively small. If the external force
increases, it will cause the following problems:
- When the section of the cutting object is too large, the cutting speed should be slowed down.
- Excessive pressing force during cutting will increase the current and output power, causing the motor to heat up, which will cause smoke and a burnt smell first. Long-term load use may cause the motor temperature to be too high and the work will be suspended.
- Chain wear leads to passivation, the board contains a lot of miscellaneous wood cores or the moisture content is too large, the wood is too hard, or the chainsaw load exceeds the limit to burn the coil, which may cause smoke, and the most likely condition is the chain problem, replace the new chain Or clean the chain and use it evenly.
Troubleshooting
Issue | Possible Cause | Solution |
---|---|---|
Chainsaw does not start | Battery not inserted properly | Ensure batteries are |
correctly inserted and charged
| Safety lock not engaged properly| Press safety lock and switch button
simultaneously
| Faulty switch or electrical connection| Check switch and connections;

Chain stops during operation| Chain tension too tight or loose| Adjust chain
tension as per user manual instructions
| Chain stuck or jammed in wood| Release tension, remove debris, and reset
chain
| Motor overheating| Allow chainsaw to cool down; check ventilation
Poor cutting performance| Dull chain| Sharpen or replace chain
| Incorrect chain lubrication| Ensure chain oil reservoir is filled and
