Product Usage Instructions
Installation
- Refer to the respective product Owner’s Manual for installation instructions.
- Place the pipe shield atop the stove, centred behind the double wall connector pipe, set back by 1/2 off the back of the double wall pipe.
- No additional securement is needed for the pipe shield.
- The reduced clearance air duct should be hung from the two rear air duct bolts already installed on the rear of the stove.

- Always follow clearance to combustible requirements specified in the manual.
- Do not operate the stove if any parts of the Reduced Clearance Kit are damaged or removed.

If any portions of the Nova Series Reduced Clearance Kit are damaged or removed, the stove cannot be operated unless clearance to combustibles is re- evaluated based on guidance in the respective product Owner’s Manual. Failure to follow all clearance to combustible requirements may result in property damage, bodily injury, or even death.

USING
The pipe shield should be placed atop the stove, centred behind the double wall connector pipe. It must be set back by 1/2” off the back of the double wall pipe. No additional securement is needed. If the pipe shield is damaged or removed, the stove cannot be operated unless clearance to combustibles are re-evaluated based on guidance in the respective product Owner’s Manual. Failure to follow all clearance to combustible requirements may result in property damage, bodily injury, or even death.
