Steps of installation
Step 1:
Remove the nuts and bolts from the motor shaft to insert the down rod.
Step 2:
Insert the down rod over the shaft of the fan, aligning the holes of the shaft
and the down rod to insert bolts and safety screw. Once aligned and bolts were
inserted, tighten the bolt and safety screw. On the opposite side insert the
pin and bend both the ends.

Step 3:
Connect the fan terminals to one end of the terminal box and connect a set of
two wires to the other end of the terminal box and pass them through the
inside of down rod from the lower hole to the top hole of the down rod. Also
pass the safety wire in the same way as that of the wires.
Step 4:
Insert the top and bottom canopy on rod. Adjust the bottom canopy so that
there is sufficient gap between the bottom canopy and the ceiling fan.

Step 5:
Place the separator between the blade and the fan and then screw all the 3
blades on the fan one by one with nuts and washers.

Step 6:
Make sure power supply is switched off. Now place the rubber shackle on the
ceiling hook. Now lift the fan and align the holes of the clamp and down rod.
Once aligned, insert the bolt and washer and tighten it with nut. Insert the
split pin in the hole and bend the ends.

Step 7:
Ensure safety wire is correctly fitted and securely tightened with the ceiling
hook.
Step 8:
Connect the wires of the fan with the power supply and taped with insulated
tape properly.
Step 9:
Adjust the top canopy to cover the wire connections. Maintain suNicient gap
between bottom canopy and the fan.

Points to be noted.
- Fan must be installed at the center of the room.
- There should be at least 30cm of distance between the ceiling wall and the fan.
- Sufficient distance must be there between the walls of the room and the fan.
- Vertical height from the fan motor to the floor must be more than 7ft.
- Fan must be installed and by a trained electrician/professional.
- While cleaning the fan, A/C supply must be switched off.
- All the electrical connections must be insulated with insulation tape.
- Safety wire must be installed as per the instructions.
- Nuts, bolts must be tightened properly.
