Safety Rules

  1. For safety, please comply with the rules mentioned in this manual
  2. Keep device away from sharp edges, uneven surfaces, metal objects, and knockout.
  3. Do not open, dismantle or attempt to repair the earbuds. Doing so may cause accidental fire, electronic board failure, or damage to the earbuds. All warranty will be canceled.
  4. Do not wipe or clean the earbuds with oils or any volatile liquids.
  5. Do not use the earbuds in places where potential personal safety is atrisk or in danger.

Quick Start Guide

1. Headphone wearing method
R/L is printed on the earphone case, please wear it in the correct direction, the sound quality will be better!

LED position down

A. Take the earbuds out of charging case and remove the PET insulator.
Put the earbuds back in the charging case to activate. The earbuds will now power on automatically once you take them out of case B.Put the L and R earbuds into your ears. The L and R earbud will find each other and pair. Next, the tone” connected will be heard
C. When the two earbuds successfully pair, the tone”Left channel, Right channel” will be heard Activate Bluetooth on your phone. On the device list, connect to  the”Touch Two C5and then the tone second device connected will be heard
D.How to use the single ear: Take out the single earbuds from the charging box to enter the red and blue lights alternately which is connection succeeded. If the  Bluetooth device name is not found, touch the surface twice to search and connect.

ATTENTION:

PARING TO THE PHONE IS ONLY REQUIRED FOR THE FIRST TIME YOU CONNECT. AFTER THE FIRST TIME, THE EARBUDS WILL
AUTOMATICALLY CONECT TO YOUR PHONE WHEN YOU REMOVE THEM FROM THE CASE

3.Touch Functions:
Next: Double click on the right ear touch surface.
Volume reduction: Long press 2S of right ear surface.

Shut down:Long press left ear touch area for 4S

Previous: Click twice on the left ear touch area
Volume increase: Long press left ear touch area for 2S

(Note:Left and right device can be operated)
Activate voice assistant: Continuously click the touch panel three times
(Note:in standby mode)
Call function:Click once on the touch surface to answer or hang up the phone.
Reject the call: Double click on the touch surface
Play or pause music:Click once on the touch area

ATTENTION:
PLEASE REMOVE THE PROTECTIVE COVER ON THE EARBUDS BEFORE OPERATION. PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM RADIO  INTERFERENCE AND AVOID NOISY ENVIRONMENTS WHEN USING EABUDS PLEASE REPLAY THE HIGHT QUALITY FORMAT OF  MUSIC OR LOCAL MUSIC OF THE DEVICE

4. Charging Case
A. Put the earbuds into the case exactly, the battery box will automatically charge the earphones until they are full.
B. Earbuds will automatically turn off once they are placed into the charging case
C. USB outlet supports 5V/1.5A output, which can provide emergency charging for mobile phones and other electronic products

ATTENTION:
REMOVE THE INSULATION COVER BEFORE INITIAL USE. RECHARGE THE CHARGING CASE IF NOT USED FOR OVER 90 DAYS. ONLY  USE A GOOD QUALITY WIRELESS CHARGING TRANSMITTER AND CHARGING CABLE. THE EARBUD LED LIGHT WILL TURN BLUE WHEN IT IS FULLY CHARGED

5. Single Earbud Mode:
The L/R Earbud can used alone to connect to your Phone. On your phone, enter the Bluetooth device connection list and remove the”Touch Two C5 ” from the list. Redo the steps for Connect to Phone”but with only the L/R earbud.

How do you pair two touch c5 earbuds?

When you first use this earphone and you want to use the L/R earphone alone. You must  double-click the L/R ear touch surface.   Then you can find the “Touch Two C5S” in the Bluetooth device connection list. If you have connected your phone with the two earphones.

How do I pair the earbuds with my phone?

Please press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the earbuds. Then, please press and hold the power button for 3 seconds again to enter pairing mode. How do I charge C5 earbuds?

Please connect C5 earbuds with a charging cable (included) into a USB port of a computer, then connect another end of charging cable into a charger adapter (not included). The LED indicator light will be red when charging, then it will be blue when fully charged (about 3 hours). When charging is completed, disconnecting from computer will cause it enter sleep mode automatically; if you want to wake it up, please press any button on C5 earbuds .

Why are my earbuds not pairing together?

If your headphones’ battery is low , it may have trouble pairing—and I’ve even found some Bluetooth headphones stay turned on when in the case, meaning they’ll drain down to 0 percent faster than you expect. Try plugging them in and charging them fully before pairing, even if they say they have some battery left.

Why is only one side of my earbuds working?

Scroll down the menu and tap on [Accessibility]. Then tap [Hearing enhancements]. You will see a toggle switch for [Mono audio].  Ensure the toggle switch is set to [Off].
