Preheat the mask for 3 minutes
- Pressing the left power button will default you to: heat level high, and 20 minutes on the timer.
- The mask has 3 heat settings: low, medium, high. Your mask has 3 timer options: 20, 40, 60 minutes.
- It is preferable to use heat level high. If you find it too hot, drop it down to a more comfortable level.
- For best results, wear the mask for 10 minutes in the morning & 10 minutes in the evening.
- After wearing the mask, it is recommended that you express the oils.

You may clean your mask with a damp cloth, alcohol wipe, or makeup wipe. Do
not submerge mask in water.
