Safe Usage Guidelines for Products
– Install in accordance with the manufacturers instructions.
– Maintain a minimum distance of at least 6 inches (15 cm) around apparatus
for sufficient ventilation.
– Do not block any ventilation openings.
– Ventilation should not be impeded by covering the ventilation openings with
items, such as newspapers, table clothes, curtains, etc.
– Do not push objects into apparatus vents or slots.
– Place apparatus in a stable location so it will not fall.
– No naked (open) flame sources, such as lighted candles, should be placed on
or near the apparatus.
– Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers,
stoves, or other apparatus (including amplifiers) that produce heat.
– Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized plug. A polarized plug has
two blades with one wider than the other. The wide blade is provided for your
safety. If the provided plug does not fit into your outlet, consult an
electrician for replacement of the obsolete outlet.
– Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched particularly at
plugs, convenience receptacles, and the point where they exit from the
apparatus.
– Only use attachments/accessories specified by the manufacturer.
– Connect power supply or power cord to a properly wired and grounded
electrical outlet.
– Unplug this apparatus during lightning storms or when unused for long
periods of time.
– Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Servicing is required
when the apparatus has been damaged in any way, such as power-supply cord or
plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into the
apparatus, the apparatus has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not
operate normally, or has been dropped.
– The apparatus shall be disconnected from the mains by unplugging the power
cord of the apparatus from the AC mains receptacle.
– The socket-outlet shall be installed near the equipment and shall be easily
accessible.
– Do not use this apparatus near water. Do not expose this apparatus to rain
or moisture.
– This is not a Children’s Product and is not intended for use by children
under 14 years old.
POWER SUPPLY WARNING!
The power supply is for indoor use only. Only use the power supply included
with your product. Do not attempt to repair or use a damaged power supply. Do
not immerse the power supply in water or subject it to physical abuse. Inspect
the power supply regularly for cable, plug, and casing damage.
This product is intended to be supplied by a Listed/Certified power supply,
rated 5 Vdc, 2A minimum, Tma (maximum ambient temperature) 45 degree C and
altitude 5000 m. If needed, please contact the Manufacturer for further
information.
BATTERY WARNING!
Improperly replaced batteries may present a risk of leak or explosion and personal injury. Risk of fire or explosion if the battery is replaced by an incorrect type. Ensure batteries are installed correctly by following the instructions provided. Mistreated rechargeable batteries may present a risk of fire or chemical burn. Do not disassemble or expose to conducting materials, moisture, liquid, or heat above 54° C (130° F).
Removal Instructions for Battery Recycling
A battery subjected to extremely low air pressure may result in an explosion
or the leakage of flammable liquid or gas. Do not use or charge the battery if
it appears to be leaking, discolored, deformed, or in any way abnormal. Do not
leave your battery discharged or unused for extended periods. Do not short
circuit. Your device may contain an internal, rechargeable battery that is not
replaceable. Battery life varies with usage. Non-operational batteries should
be discarded according to local laws. If no laws or regulations govern,
dispose of your device in a waste bin for electronics. Keep batteries away
from children.
