MUSIC MODE

Aer switching the Musicmate, you will hear the Power ON tone and the device shall enter in Music Mode. Across different folders/stations there are 1001 unique songs curated by our experts for your laid-back listening pleasure.
To Enter Music Mode

• Press power key  once to switch between Music Mode & Bluetooth mode

To Change Music Folder/ Playlist

• Press the key twice for Next Folder/ Playlist
• Press the key twice for Previous Folder/ Playlist

To Change Music Track/ Song

• Press the key once for Next Song/ Track
• Press the key once for Previous Song/ Track

To Control Volume

• Press & Hold the key to Increase Volume
• Press & Hold the key to Decrease Volume

To Control EQ Seng

• Press the key twice to enter in Bass Booster mode.
• Press the key twice again to return to normal mode.

Play/ Pause Controls

• Press the key once to play/ pause

BLUETOOTH PAIRING

• Switch on the “Tarbull Musicmate 550” by holding the key for 3 seconds

• Make sure device is in Bluetooth mode. If not, short press the key to switch to Bluetooth mode.

• As soon as the device enters in Bluetooth mode, it will go into pairing mode with the LED indicator blinking continuously

• Turn ON the Bluetooth on your smartphone/ laptop and open the Bluetooth menu/ list.

• “Tarbull Musicmate 550” shall be seen in the Bluetooth list. Click on “Tarbull Musicmate 550” and it shall get paired to your smartphone/ laptop immediately
  Note:

• Enter the password 0000 to pair if required.

• If there is no Bluetooth connection continuously for 5 minutes, “MusicMate 550” will automatically get powered OFF

• In case you are unable to see “Tarbull Musicmate 550” in your Bluetooth list, switch off the Bluetooth on your smartphone/ laptop and switch it on again aer 5 seconds.

PHONE CALL

Make Sure Your “Tarbull Musicmate 550” is connected to your mobile phone.
Short Press once to receive or end a phone call Press & Hold for 2 seconds to reject an incoming phone call
Note: During Incoming Phone call device will start vibrating

VOICE ASSISTANT

*Voice Assistant function will work in Bluetooth mode only (subjected to acve internet connection).

BATTERY CHARGING

• Charge your “Tarbull Musicmate 550” with the Type-C charging cable provided with the headphones.
• Either use a 5V-1Amp-power adaptor or charge directly via the USB port of your laptop or power bank.
• During charging, LED indicator light will turn to solid red.
• Once the device is fully charged, LED indicator light will switch off automatically.

If you are not using the device for a long me, ensure that its being fully charged at least once every month in order to protect the battery performance.

SAFETY INSTRUCTION

• Aer placing earbuds in your ears, adjust the volume at comfortable listening levels.
• Do not use when it’s unsafe to do so while operating a vehicle, crossing streets or during any activity or in an environment where your full aenon to your surroundings is required.
• Do not expose your device to extremely high or low temperatures.
• Do not leave your device in direct sunlight for an extended period of me.
• Do not use your device in the open while it is raining.
• Do not put water or any other liquid on your device.
• Do not block any mention openings.
• Do not dispose of your device in a fire, the battery could explode causing injury or death.
• Only charge the battery in accordance with the user manual/instructions supplied with the device.
• Do not attempt to repair, modify or disassemble your device by yourself, it does not contain any user-serviceable component.
• Do not attempt to replace the battery.
• At the end of the life cycle, recycle or dispose of the battery according to safety regulations.

WHO IS PROTECTED BY WARRANTY

This limited warranty protects only the original end-user and is not transferable. It is applicable only in India where you originally purchased your Tarbull product. Any attempts to transfer this warranty shall immediately make this warranty void.

LIMITED WARRANTY

The manufacturer warrants to you that the Product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of “one year” from the date of retail purchase by you. During the warranty period product will be repaired without charge for either parts or labor. Any warranty service will not extend beyond the warranty period. Warranty service is applicable only in the Union Territory of India. This Limited Warranty does not cover defects that are a result of (a) Damage caused by accident, unreasonable use, or neglect (Including the lack of reasonable and necessary maintenance). (b) Damage during shipment (claims must be presented to the carrier), (c) Damage to, or deterioration of, any accessory or decorative surface (d) Damage resulting from failure to follow instructions contained in your user manual (e) Damage resulting from the performance of repairs by someone other than an authorized “Tarbull” Service center (f) Deterioration of component parts the nature of which is to become worn or depleted with use, such as battery and ear pads.

WARRANTY TYPE

• Carry-in warranty service requires that the product be brought by the customer, at his/her sole cost and responsibility, to the authorized service center along with the original Invoice.
• Document required to obtain limited warranty service: Produce a valid tax (GST) invoice for the product.
• Coverage: Only technical defects or workmanship issues. Read the Limited Warranty Clause for more details.
• Not covered: Physical Damage/water damaged / wear & tear. Read the Limited Warranty Clause for more details.
• Duraon of the warranty: One year from the date of purchase against any defective material or workmanship.
• Service provided: Repair under warranty. · Disclaimer: Warranty shall not cover refurbished unit/refurbished purchase done by the consumer. Warranty will not extend in case the product is repaired or replaced.

OTHERS TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Without valid proof of purchase, the company reserves the right to refuse warranty services.
• The company reserves the right to refuse free of charge warranty claim if the information shared is incomplete/ illegible for the claim/ fault in the customer detail.
• This warranty is non-transferrable. This warranty shall be the purchaser’s sole remedy and neither company nor its service centers shall be liable for incidental or consequential damage or breach of any expressed or implied warranty of this product.
• Repair or replacement under the term of warranty does not provide the right to extension or renewal of the warranty period.
• Warranty repair must be carried out by authorized service centers only. Warranty cover will be void, if and when unauthorized service has been attempted by the user or any unauthorized service center.
• The company may use rebuilt, reconditioned or refurbished parts and /or components when repairing or replacing a defective product.
• The buyer/ customer must handle transport/ logistics/ shipping charges to ship the product to the authorized service center.

GOVERNING LAW

Any disputes arising in connection with this limited warranty (12 Months) shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising hereunder.

  Playme tesng is done at 50% volume with the headphones connected to bluetooth and playing various genres of music (romanc, soulful, party hits, ghazal, devoonal etc in random order with equal weightage given to each genre). Actual playtime may increase/ decrease depending upon the genre and volume at which music is being played.
