Use a charger under 5V/2A to charge the charging case
How to charge
When the charging case is charging, the indicator flash red all the time; when
fully charged, the indicator flashes blue then lights off after about 60
seconds. ( Earbuds and charging case can be charged simultaneously)
The charging case will automatically turn off when it is not working for 15
seconds.
When the charging case is charging the earphone, the left indicator light
controls the charging state of the left earphone; the right indicator light
controls the charging state of the right earphone.
The indicator light in the middle of the charging case flashes a blue light
when 30%-100% of the battery; it flashes red when the battery is less than
30%; when the charging case will deplete, the middle indicator quickly
flashing for 5 minutes.
When the earphone is charging, the left earphone is placed in the charging
case, and the indicator light on the left side of the charging case flash red.
After the charging case is all, the left indicator light of the charging case
flashes blue, and the indicator light will be off in 3 minutes, then enter the
pairing mode. When the earphone is charging, the right earphone is placed in
the charging case, and the indicator light on the right side of the charging
case flashes red. After the charging case is full, the right indicator light
of the charging case flash blue, and the indicator light will be off in 3
minutes, then entering the pairing mode. When the earbuds is fully charged, it
will automatically connect to the mobile phone. If it is not found a mobile
phone, after 3 minutes, the Bluetooth headset will automatically shut down.

Press multifunction key ( left or right) : play/pause Double-click the left
earphone: volume + Three-click the left earphone: volume – Double-click the
right earphone: volume –
Three-click the right earphone: volume +
Long press the earphones for about 3 seconds until the voice prompts “du” to
switch songs(left is the previous song, right is the next song)
W5S pairing instructions (binaural mode) charging case to charge the earbuds
Step 1: Open the charging case
Step 2: Take out of them from the charger case, one of the earphones (L) will flash red and blue within 5 seconds, and the other earphone (R) will not flash.
Step3: Turn on the cellphone Bluetooth, search for “W wireless earphone”, clicking it, the left channel will prompt the “ connected” ( two earbuds will flash blue light slowly)
Monaural Mode
Step 1: delete Bluetooth history record (“W wireless earphone”) on your phone.
Step 2: turn off Bluetooth on your phone.
Step 3: put earbuds in the charging case.
Step 4: take out the one you want to use, then press and hold to turn it off.(Because the earbuds will automatically turn on after taking out the charging case)
Step 5: Hold and long-press the picked one for 4s, then flashing red and blue.
Step 6: turn on Bluetooth on your phone and search “W wireless earphone”.
Attention
When the earbud is fully charged, the indicator light will change from red to
off, then the earphone will enter into the pairing mode with your mobile
phone. If it is failure to search your Bluetooth device, the earbuds will turn
off after 3 minutes.
When charging the earbuds, you need to cover the lid of the charging case.
When using dual earphones, the effective distance between the left earphone
and the right earphone is within 10 meters; when the two earphones are
separated by this distance, the playback of earphones will be intermittent.
When the two earbuds are connected, only one has sound or no sound（The
solution is as follows）
- Turn off the earbuds;
- Then put one into your ear, press and hold the multifunction key for 12–13 seconds, you will hear the voice prompts “Deng Deng”; then release. ( the other do the same operating mode)
- Hold and long-press the right and left earphones for 2 seconds at the same time, the indicator of the left one will flash red and blue, the right is no light flash. Then connect Bluetooth on your mobile phone to binaural TWS playback mode.
Gentle hint
- Strong recommend full charge at the first time.
- The earphone is underwater for more than 5 minutes, you need to dry the water when you use it again. Otherwise, While the earphone sound is loud, the earphone sound is small or the call sound is small.
- If the earphone is entered some water, please remember to put it in a ventilated place to dry it and then use it again. Do not charge with water directly.
- Waterproof performance is only applicable to freshwater, tap water, sweat, swimming pool water, and saltwater. Under certain circumstances in the above five types of environment, the waterproof performance may not be applicable. Waterproof performance is not applicable in other liquid environments except the above five types.
- The earphone is IPX7 waterproof, the charging compartment is not waterproof, please do not seep into the interior when using.
