EZcise Full Body Workout User Guide

Getting toned has never been easier. Follow these simple exercise instructions to help tone your muscles with the assistance of EZcise.

Assisted Back Row
Lay flat on your mat or floor. Slip feet into the holder. Raise legs straight up and keep firm as you pull on band handle towards your chest then release. Repeat.

Assisted Leg Raise
 
Lay flat on your mat or floor. Slip feet into the holder.
Start with knees bent and feet in the air. Hold the band handle at your stomach and keep firm as you straighten your legs. Raise your legs up and down, keeping them straight

Bow and Arrow

Hold foot holder in one hand and extend that arm straight to your side. Grab band handle with your other hand. Start with hands together and arms straight in the same direction. Then pull back on the band handle while keeping the other arm firm. Repeat on the both sides

Assisted Sit Up

Sit on your mat or floor. Slip feet into the holder and bend your knees while keeping feet flat on floor. Hold band handle with both hands. Lay back slowly, then sit up using the bands for assistance. Repeat.

V-Up

Lay flat on your mat or floor. Slip feet into the holder and hold handle with both hands. Pull on handle so that you whole body is flat. Raise legs and head up from the mat while pulling on the handle. Then lay flat again. Repeat

Assisted Crunch

Sit on your mat or floor. Slip feet into the holder and bend your knees while keeping feet flat on floor. Hold band handle with both hands. Pull on handle to create resistance while curling you head towards your knees and releasing. Repeat.

Forward Row

Stand straight with feet in the holder and holding handle with both hands as shown. Pull handle up to your chest then back down towards your feet. Repeat.

Standing Bicep Curl

Stand straight with feet in the holder and holding handle with both hands as shown. Pull handle up to your chest then back down towards your feet. Repeat

Sitting Bicep Curl

Sit up straight in a chair with feet in the holder and holding handle with both hands as shown. Pull handle up to your chest then back down towards your feet. Repeat

V-Plank

Lay flat on your mat or floor. Slip feet into the holder and hold handle with both hands. Pull on handle so that you whole body is flat. Raise legs and head up from the mat while pulling on the handle. Hold this position for as long as possible. Repeat

This equipment is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge unless they are under supervision or have been instructed how to use the equipment by a person responsible for their safety. Keep children away from the equipment. Do not allow children to use or play on the equipment. Keep children and pets away from the equipment when it is in use.

  6. Always wear appropriate workout clothing when exercising. Do not wear loose clothing, jewelry, or accessories that could be caught in the mechanical parts.

  7. Consult a physician before using this equipment and follow his/her recommendations for its use.

  8. If you feel dizziness, nausea, chest pain, or any other abnormal symptoms while using this equipment, stop exercising and consult a physician immediately.

  10. Before using, inspect the equipment for worn or loose components and securely tighten or replace any worn or loose components prior to use. Contact customer service if a part is damaged.

  11. Inspect the bands and handles before every use.
    Check for cuts, nicks, scratches, cracks, punctures, discoloration, or anything that looks like the band may be weakened in that area. If any flaws in the bands are discovered, discard the band immediately and never attempt to repair a damaged band.

  12. The handles and ends of the bands where the bands connect to the handles should be checked for damage before each use. Do not use if the handles or bands are damaged.

  13. To avoid injury, be careful when using and moving the equipment.

  14. Proper maintenance of the equipment is very important to ensure optimal operation. Improper maintenance or lack thereof can damage the equipment life. Check the equipment carefully after using it.

  15. Be careful to maintain your balance while using, mounting, dismounting, or assembling the equipment. Loss of balance may result in a fall and bodily injury.

  16. Never release the bands while under tension. A release under tension can cause the band to snap back toward the user and result in significant injury.

  17. Always choose the workout that best fits your physical strength and flexibility level. Know your limits and train within them. Always use common sense when exercising.

  18. To avoid overexertion, begin all exercises slowly to make sure the band strength is right for you.

  19. Avoid jerking the bands.

  20. Do not place the resistance bands handles over feet. They can easily slip off and strike the user.

  21. This product complies with DIN32935-A. Never stretch a resistance band over 2.5 times its length. Maximum stretch length is 135 cm (53.15 inches).
    The maximum stretched length: The tensile force at the length limitation of 135 cm is 89 N.

  22. Do not exercise with resistance bands on uneven surfaces.

  23. Resistance bands are not toys and should never be used for any activity other than then the specific exercises for which they were designed.

  24. Protect the product from direct sunlight.

  25. Do not to attach to doors, windows, or other unsuitable structures.

  26. Use this product only as described in this manual.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

  • Place both feet in the foot holder and grasp the handle with both hands and pull firmly.

  • DO NOT attempt to reverse the foot pedal; doing so can damage the product.

  • DO NOT USE one foot or half a foot in the foot pedal. It is
    easy to slide down due to uneven force and cause harm.

  • DO NOT USE with your feet too far out of the foot holder.
    It will cause your feet to slip out of the foot holder and can cause serious injuries.
