Water Test
All tablet cases have been 100% water tested, but it is necessary to perform a water test before using it for the first time. The water test should also be completed after any case drop.
Fill the Case
Place multiple pieces of tissue paper or paper towel inside the case to ensure
the entire case is lined.
Note: Do not insert your iPad for the water test.
Close the Case
Firmly snap on the back cover of the case by pushing the sides together with
your fingers. Then move around all edges to ensure it’s is entirely sealed.
Start with the corners, then sides, then finally the bottom edge.
Note: Do not press on the front screen protector to seal your case.
Tip: Ensure there are no gaps in the seal.
Test Underwater
Submerge your case underwater for at least 5 minutes.
Using a sink or deep baking tray filled with water is recommended. Place the
case face down in the water so it is completely covered.
Tip: Use a coffee mug filled with water to keep the case fully
underwater.
Note: Do not use the front screen protector to weight the case down as
this may damage the screen.
Dry the Case
After 5 minutes, remove your case from the water and dry off both the exterior of the case and your hands before opening. It is important to thoroughly dry off the case so water does not run from the outside, causing it to appear the case did not pass the water test.
Open the Case
Open your case from the back. Find the easy-open slot on all 4 corners on the back of the case. Gently peel the back of the case.
Check for Water
Check for water on the interior of the case and check if the paper became wet. If you have water on the interior of the case or on the tissue paper, your case did not pass the water test and will not protect your device in a wet environment. Please contact customer support (detail in the warranty section on the final page).

Dry the Case
Before removing your tablet from the case, dry off both the exterior of the case and your hands. It is important to dry off the case well so water does not run from the outside.
Open the Case
Open your case from the back by finding the easy open slots located in all 4
corners. Gently peel the back of the case off, unsealing all edges.
Remove the Tablet
Place the back cover of the case aside. Gently push the front cover of the
device away from your device, beginning with top corner, then the bottom
corners. If you must push on the front screen protector, do so very gently.
Care and Maintenance
Before every use, inspect the seal around the entire case. Clean your tablet and case with the cloth provided, so debris does not obstruct the case from sealing.
Do not push on the case screen protector without your tablet in it.
It is necessary to perform the water test to be sure the case was not compromised. If you are unsure, please contact customer support.
We recommend to discontinue using the case after any major impact or if the case becomes damaged.
