TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Please read the operation instructions before using this device for the first time and store the operating instructions in a safe place for future reference.

SAFETY NOTES:

CAUTION – Serious burns may occur when using NON-LED bulbs!

• Turn off the lamp and let the lightbulb cool down for at least 10 minutes before attempting to replace it.
• Disconnect the lamp from the main power supply before replacing the bulb, or performing any other work on the lamp.
• Protect the device from humidity, moisture, and high temperatures (including direct sunlight).
• Recommended for indoor use ONLY
• Recommended for Domestic use ONLY.
• DO NOT operate the lamp near water.
• Avoid any external or internal damage to the lamp and avoid dropping on hard surfaces.
• Do not drape any objects over the lamp, e.g. curtains, as this can cause excessive heat buildup and will result in overheating
• Operate the lamp on flat surfaces ONLY.
• Ensure that the power cable is not near any sharp objects; including sharp corners of furniture. Make sure the cable is tucked away to avoid any accidental trips to minimize any damage to the lamp or cable.
• DO NOT attempt to modify or repair the lamp yourself.
• The device must only be used for the purposes stated. We cannot accept any liability for any damage resulting from improper or inappropriate use.
• Check for visible external damage before use. Do not attempt to use a device that has been damaged. If you discover any damage which does not permit a safe use of the lamp, disconnect it from the power supply immediately and prevent further use.
• The device’s flexible connection cable cannot be replaced. If there is damage to the cable you must dispose of the entire lamp.
• LED Bulbs are recommended due to their low power consumption and longer life span.

This product complies with CAN ICES-005 (B) / NMB-005 (B). Operation is subject to the following two conditions:

1.  this device may not cause interference, and
2. this device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired operation of the device.

BEFORE INITIAL USE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS:

• Remove all packaging material and check that all parts are included. The main parts included are listed below.
• Clean the device before using it for the first time. Periodically wipe down the device to avoid dust accumulation when the device has not been used for a prolonged period. (This is described in section Cleaning and Care.)

ASSEMBLY AND OPERATION:

The power supply must only be connected after the complete assembly of the lamp. The Assembly diagram is provided separately. The following parts are included (partially pre-assembled):

• Metal lamp head with E26 socket
• Fabric power cable with on/off switch and UL connection
• Metal lamp base with the wireless charging pad
• 2 threaded rods to be assembled to lampstand (see assembly diagram)

WIRELESS CHARGING:

• Compatible with iPhone X, 8, 8PIus (+ newer models). Galaxy Note 8, 58, S8 Plus, 57, Galaxy S7, and all Qi/Wireless charging enabled devices.
• Once plugged in, the wireless charger will display a blue light. After switching on and charging your phone, the light turns red.

CLEANING AND CARE:

• Disconnect the device from the power source before cleaning or replacing the bulb.
• Clean the device periodically to prevent the build-up of dirt or dust.
• Spot clean the device externally with a soft, slightly damp cloth. NEVER use cleaning agents or chemicals.

DISPOSAL:

• The device may not be disposed of in normal household garbage.
