After the router is powered on and wait for 2 minutes, the system starts successfully, and the power light and WiFi light are always on.

POWER interface: Connect the matching power adapter
WAN port: connect to Modem, broadband interface or superior router.
LAN port: connect to wired connection devices such as computers and cameras.

Set up the router

Use the computer to set the router and the mobile phone to set the same steps.

  1.  Connect the LAN port of the router with a computer or connect the wireless signal of the router with a mobile phone.
    (The wireless name can be found on the sticker on the bottom of the router.)

  2. After the connection is successful, please open the browser (Chrome or EDGE is recommended), enter 192.168.1.1 in the address bar, log in to the management interface, and log in password: adminTODAAIR TD-MRT43 Wireless Relay Mesh Router-3

  4. Configuration wizard-network configuration, set the connection mode of the external network WAN port, select PPPoE according to the operator’s broadband, dynamically obtain the address, and select the Internet type by static IP address. TODAAIR TD-MRT43 Wireless Relay Mesh Router-5

  5. Set the wireless SSID name and password, click Next to complete the configuration wizard.

After setting up, please check the system indicator status:

MESH network matching methods

  1. Connect the MESH main router to the Internet. For the configuration steps, please refer to “Internet configuration used by wireless router”. This router is used as the main route in the WIFI network, and other MESH routers are used as sub-routes.

  2. Add Edge AP: Pairing and Add Sub-router Note: Please make sure that the sub-router is in the factory setting state.
    If the sub-router has been configured and used, please restore the factory setting first (see the FAQ for how to restore the factory setting).
    Place the sub-route next to the main route, and the two routes are powered on. After the route is started successfully, please click the “Find new router” in “Add Edge AP” of main route, the power indicator of the route flashes and enters the search pairing.
    When the WIFI light of sub-router flashes, the pairing is complete, or check the added sub­route in “Add Edge AP” of main route.
    If you can't search and add sub-routes through wireless, you can connect the main route and the LAN ports of the sub-routes with network cable. Click “Search for new devices” to add sub-routes in the main route.

  3. Place the paired MESH router at the location where the signal needs to be expanded, and then connect it to the power supply.
    Turn on the power, when the WIFI indicator flashes, it means that the connection is successful, and you can build the MESH network
    Note: Choose the location of the router reasonably to avoid a long distance between the two routers or excessive wall obstructions. If the WIFI light of the sub-router is always on, please adjust the position of the sub- router.
    Users can log in to the WEB page of the main router, and adjust the position of the sub-route reasonably, according to the connection status of the sub- route in “Device”-“Network Topology”.

  4. To add more sub-routes, you can follow the steps of “Extend Wireless interconnection” to expand WIFI.

  5. Check system indicator status
