Getting started
Basic operations
1.1.1 Power on/ off and sleep
- Connect the device to the TV with HD cable, connect the device to the power adaptor, connect a mouse, air mouse, or other input devices with a USB port
- After the device and cables are connected, the power LED turns into blue
- After disconnecting the device from the power adaptor, Power LED turns off.
- Under power-on mode, press the remote control’s power button, the device is entering into sleep mode, Power LED turns into red
- Under sleep mode, the device will be wake when you press the remote control’s power button, power LED turns from red to blue.
1.1.2 Open applications
Use remote control’s arrow keys to choose the wanted program, click the OK
button to open the selected program

1.1.3 Boot into the wizard page
Language selection
- Language —Screen Zoom —VViFi — Launcher — Remote control
- Complete the above steps to confirm junior into the interface
*This function only operated in the condition of Mouse mode
1.1.4 Switch in the applications
Click “My Apps” to view recently used programs, click the program icon to
switch applications arbitrarily
1.1.5 Close Applications
Click the right key of the mouse to back up the last step procedure to close
the application directly.

1.1.6 My Apps
Move to “My Apps”, Press OK to enter in. You can see icons referring to
different functions on the picture.

Pls find the calculator program and input It318″, then it will show the installation of KODI & other third-party applications and uninstall KODI application.
1.1.7 WIFI Function- Home Screen—SETTINGS—Network–.Select “Wi-Fi” to open the WIFI function
- Choose Hotspot—Input Password—Connect to the network
1.1.8 Ethernet Function
- Home Screen–SETTINGS—’Network—’Select “Ethernet” to open the Ethernet function
- Insert network cable, the network will be connected automatically
1.1 .9 File Browser
Move to “File browser. Press OK to enter into the device list. When inserting
with a USB device or SD/SDHC/MMC cards, the sign “Device is mounting” will be
shown on the screen. Here you can cut, copy, paste and move the files and
folder between the local disk and external storage card.
Read TF card
Insert TF card into the device in the status of power on, when the icon
appears in the top left corner of the desktop, open “File Browser”, the
identified External Storage Card will appear under “”Local Disk, TF card’s
operation is available now.
Troubleshooting Warning
Under no circumstances should you try to repair the TV BOX by yourself, as this will invalidate the warranty. Do not open the BOX as there is a risk of electric shock. If a fault occurs, firstly check with the points listed below before taking the TV BOX for repair. If you are unable to remedy the problem by following hints, consult your dealer for help.
Problem | Solution |

No power | -Check if the power adaptor is properly connected to the power and |
the TV BOX.
-Press the power on the remote controller to turn on the power.
No picture| -Re-connect with HDTVcable or AV cable. -Check if the TV is
switched on.
No sound or distorted sound| -Adjust the volume.
-Check if the speakers are connected correctly.
No audio or digital output| -Check the digital connections.
-Check if your amplifier is set correctly.
The player does not respond to the Remote Control
The player does not respond to some operating commands during playback| -Aim
the remote control directly at the sensor on the front of the TV BOX.
-Reduce the distance to the N BOX.
-Replace the batteries in the remote control.
-Operations may not be permitted. Refer to the user manual. -Possibility of system halted, re-insert with a power adaptor to restart.
No sound during movies| -The audio codec may not be supported by the TV BOX.
You can change to the supported audio on the playing menu.
-Check the volume.
The contents of the USB flash drive cannot be read| -The USB flash drive
format is not compatible with the box.
-If one of the USBs can not be read, please turn off the N BOX for 30 seconds and restart the TV BOX.
The TV screen is blank and the player LED is blinking| -Turn off your TV
BOX, wait 30 seconds, turn it on again.
-If under HDTV status, check if HDTV connection is correct or change another HDTV cable, set the output resolution of this N BOX into 720p.

Slow operation of the USB flash drive| -Big file size or high-resolution USB
flash drive takes a long time to read and display on the N screen.

No sound with HDTV connection| -Check the connection between the N and the
HDTV jack of the box. -Check your TV system setup.
-Check the volume.
