CHARGING DEVICE
Charge the earbuds
Please follow the right direction to put the earbuds into the left and right
position of the charging case, and closed the cover.
PS: Please note that when the Earbud’s battery is too low, that will have a
voice for low battery prompt, earbuds will be shut down the system then power
off after a voice prompt if it continues used when without charge.
Charge the charging case
Please connect the charging port using the Type-C charging cable with the USB
charging adaptor according to specification 5V/1A or connect the USB port
output of the PC
computer. The charging case is charging when the LED (RED/YELLOW/GREEN) is
blinking, and full battery when the green LED is always on.
PS: Please note that when the battery of the charging case is too low, that
will have a red LED blinks warning and the charging case will power off
automatically if it continues used when without charge.
CHARGING CASE LED DISPLAY
The top cover of the charging case
When you want to open the top cover on the charging case, please hold the left
or right side of the LED on the charging case, and unfold the top cover with
your thumb and index finger of the other hand. And this is a magnetic design
of the charging case top cover.
Display Battery Capacity of the Charging Case
The LED will display the battery capacity of the charging case when opening
the top cover and press the button of the charging case.

BLUETOOTH EARBUDS SIMPLE PAIRING
- Follow the right direction to put the earbuds into the left and right position of the charging case, and closed the cover.
- Open the top cover and press the button of the charging case for 3 seconds.
- Took out the earbuds from the charging case and put the earbuds into the ears according to the position of L (left ear) and R (right ear).
- Open the Bluetooth setting on your smartphone and search for the Bluetooth device of 「SYN3」.
- Select「SYN3」and connected.
- Hearing the voice prompt of pairing success、connected from earbuds, if connected correctly.
PS: Please follow repeat step1 to step5, if connecting fails. The pairing list of the earbuds can store 8 devices maximum.
CLEANING DEVICE LIST
- Place both earbuds in the charging case, and close the top cover.
- Open the Bluetooth setting on your smartphone and select 「Forget This Device」
- Open the charging case, then press the button and hold for 10 seconds.
HOW TO WEAR
Please put the earbuds into the ear according to the position of L (left ear)
and R (right ear) rotate the earbuds to the vertical direction and adjust it
to a comfortable position.
PRIMARY & SECONDARY EARBUDS SWITCHING
The earbuds will display 7 SYN3 j on your Bluetooth device when it was paired.
The secondary Earbud will replace with the primary Earbud automatically when
the primary Earbud’s battery is too low and auto power off or disconnected.
The secondary Earbud will repeat the step as mentioned above when your earbuds
connect and put the primary Earbud into the charging case. The primary Earbud
would continue and not be influenced by the secondary Earbud if you put the
secondary Earbud into the charging case.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Please follow the action step by step, when your earbuds can not connect successfully with your smartphone nor had only one side on sounded:
- Place both earbuds in the charging case, and close the top cover.
- Open the Bluetooth setting on your smartphone and select 「Forget This Device」.
- Turn off your Bluetooth device and restart again on your smartphone.
- Opened the top cover of the charging case and press the button on the charging case for 10 seconds to reset the earbuds set.
- Open the Bluetooth setting on your smartphone and search for the device name
SYN3」 and tap “connect” then accept the connection to finish when it appears
on the screen.
