LCD Display Instruction
When charging the wireless charger and power bank (Input):
Once you connect the charger to a power source, the screen will display the current power level. This number will continue to flash while the wireless charger and power bank is charging. When the power bank is fully charged, the LCD screen will display “100” to show that charging is complete.
When charging a device using the wireless charger and power bank
(Output):
Once you connect your cable into the USB port/s, the screen shows the
remaining power.
How to charge your mobile device:
- Press the button on the top of the wireless charger and power bank to turn on
- Simply connect the USB end of the charging cable to the wireless charger and power bank and the other end of the cable to your mobile device.
- Your mobile device will start to charge automatically.
- Once your device is fully charged, Disconnect the device from the charger.
- Press the button on the top of the wireless charger and power bank twice to turn it off.

Please dispose of the device at a battery recycling station. It is not suitable for domestic waste disposal.

The battery capacity of the device will decrease if not in use for three months or longer but will restore to normal capacity after 3-4 charge and discharge cycles.

Store it in a cool, dry place when not in use.
Return Policy
Alpha Comm Enterprises, Inc. warrants this product as free of defects in material, design, and workmanship for the period of one year from the original date of purchase. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser. If during the period of warranty this product proves defective under normal use and service, you should follow the instructions below:
The liability of Alpha Comm Enterprises, Inc. and its appointed repair company is limited to the cost of repair and/or replacement of the product under warranty. Products sent for warranty service must be accompanied by a copy of the original purchase receipt, the original box, materials, and accessories. All cost associated with the return of the product under warranty is the responsibility of the original purchaser. A Shipping and Handling Fee will apply in order for Alpha Comm Enterprises, Inc. to ship out a new/refurbished product to the customer. Alpha Comm Enterprises, Inc. will not assume any responsibility for any loss or damage incurred in shipping.
One Year Limited Warranty
All Alpha Comm products come with a warranty effective one year starting on the date of the original purchase. This warranty covers all mechanical and electrical problems, except those arising from abuse or tampering. Return the defective accessory with proof of purchase to Alpha Comm.
